Toyota Prius Richmond, VA OWNER RATINGS & REVIEWS

Not bad for an entry level hybrid.
The Prius was a rare find when we were looking for a car. The gas mileage alone would have sold us on it but luckily the Prius had other features we were looking for. Fold down rear seats, a large cargo space with a hatchback, the ability to add a hitch to it for a bike rack were great. One difficulty we have is the overall clearance of the vehicle, it sits pretty low to the ground which is only noticeable when entering or exiting sloped surfaces, the bottom of the front bumper will scrape, and it will sound awful every single time. Despite that, I got to say it has been durable, just some scratches along the bottom from the scrapes versus any real structural damage. Being that it's a 2010 model, we weren't expecting a whole lot on the media connectivity front, and well it doesn't offer much. There's an aux port and a USB charging station which allows us to plug in a Bluetooth dongle to play music through the speakers. The radio kit and temperature control dashboard kit is pretty basic but it does the trick. The seats are comfy and easy to clean. The exterior doesn't look out of place now that hybrids are a familiarity but it definitely has that "I'm a hybrid car" shape. The split rear window is a little odd as when looking through the rear view mirror you can only really see through one at a time.

Efficient as it gets
The Toyota Prius is an excellent car to get you from Point A to Point B as it gets 50+ MPG. It's practical and the car of choice for anyone who commutes heavily. Yes, it's not the coolest car to drive around. In fact it's the butt of many jokes. But who cares what others think? You can laugh your way to the bank.

Zippy and earth friendly
When looking for a used car, I could never have guessed that I would be able to find a hybrid in great condition on our small budget. We were very lucky to find a seven-year-old Prius for under $7,000 with very little wear and tear and no major issues. Fuel economy was a big concern for us. We don't drive much, but we don't want to be driving a gas guzzler when we do.

Priority Toyota Of Richmond Chester
2012 Toyota 883
What brought us in the door was that my wife's co-worker, her husband worked at Priority Toyota. We'd eaten dinner with them a few times, so we thought the pressure would be low. However, the entire feel of the dealership was a low pressure scenario, that really meant a lot to us. I wanted to work with a dealership that respected me enough not to "play games" with me, but simply help me get the most of our my investment.

They were able to give me a good deal on a limited highlander. They threw in the tow package for no extra charge. Overall they were a good dealership very clean and reputable. Unfortunately I wasn't able to take advantage of the free oil changes because I live out of town.

They were the only dealer in the area that had a car right away that fit my budget and needs.
