When I first purchased the Fusion, I was overall satisfied with it. I bought it in 2012 as a Certified Pre-Owned car. The price was a bit high, but I still got a good deal in the long run. I liked that it had decent gas mileage. It is a Ford, so I got a discount because my dad retired from Ford. The car had a few things wrong with it when I got it. The interior wasn't very clean. The back window defroster didn't work at all. The sunglasses holder was broken. The tires needed to be replaced. On the bright side, as a part of the deal, they fixed all of those things. The car has cruise control that is very smooth regardless of where you drive it. There isn't a lot of road noise. The main problem I have with this car is my family and I simply don't fit in it. When I purchased the car, I w... (more)
Story
We figured out the max speed is 114mph
Pros
Pros are good AC/Heating. Quick to defrost in the icy environment. Excellent traction control. Spacious trunk. Minimal road noise. A lot of storage space in the passenger area. V6 engine.
Cons
Too small. Short ceiling. Moon roof leaked and whistles. Not very good gas mileage.

2013 Ford Fusion - Mostly great, but a few negatives.

The reason I was drawn to this car was because of its looks. It looks elegant and regal but not overpowering, like in a down to earth way. I like that it is an American car. The interior is designed well and has a lot of space both in the front seat and the rear of the car. It drives smoothly and I feel safe when driving it. My friends have commented on how nice it is. I also love how the gas access doesn't have a lock, all you have to do is push in the gash nozzle. This saves a lot of time when getting gas. During bad weather this car does not feel very safe, though. When driving in heavy rain it hydroplanes very easily. When driving in ice or snow it slips very easily. But for good weather and regular driving it is great. Another problem I have had with it is that the drivers seat sl... (more)
Story
Once a total stranger complemented my car and compared it to a Rolls Royce. This made me pretty happy.
Pros
My favorite features of this car are its exterior design, the space in the interior, the space in the trunk, and how the gas nozzle is designed.
Cons
Negatives are the quality of the track for the seats, and the ability to handle bad weather.

I really appreciated the time they took to get me the vehicle I wanted. I went in with a estimate from True Car and they not only met it - they beat it - which allowed me to get a more equipped model than I had planned to buy. I am very happy with my Escape.

They were fast, friendly and no nonsense. I didn't feel like I was getting the run-around. We quickly agreed on a price after the test drive and they wrote up the paperwork as fast as possible so I could be on my way. I hate car shopping, but this was easy and I even had a trade! I'd go there again if I needed another car.
