The car has performed well since I bought it. Only one somewhat major issue that was caught by a mechanic I've trusted. I was looking for a comfortable car because we take road trips very often and I also wanted something that handled well in bad weather. My previous car was terrible in snow and rain. This car does great in bad weather. I feel confident driving and I like being higher up as well. It makes me feel safe driving this car.
Story
We moved from DC to Florida in this car with our cat and it was the longest ride ever. The car did great, but we could not have been more stressful dealing with a cat on a 15 hour drive. The car easily pulled a large trailer for 800 miles, but that cat made the whole thing a nightmare.
Pros
I really liked how comfortable this car is. It is a relatively basic interior, but very comfortable seats. Also have a third row has been more useful than I expected it to be. It handles really well in bad weather, which was also very important to me. I like the color we got as I thought it was a unique color.
Cons
Some of the interior wore our a little more quickly than I expected, but not a lot. I wish it had better gas mileage, as we average about 22 miles per gallon. There are also some bad blind spot that I had to get used to. I almost pulled out in front of someone twice because of the blind spot.

My car has almost 80,000 miles and is still going strong. I love the roomy interior and separate controls for each area to keep everyone comfortable. I also like the big screen to display the climate, radio, phone, etc. in the center console. The car has a very smooth ride. I've been all the way to Arkansas in it! My family likes to load up in my car so we can all ride together, because it can fit so many people. We enjoy that time together. It's a great vacation vehicle. There is plenty of space in the back for luggage and additional space on the top with the luggage rack if needed. This is my third Explorer so that must say something in itself. Although it is a 2012 model, the black exterior has no fading and looks brand new with a fresh wax job. For a sports utility vehic... (more)
Story
Because of the third row seating, I was able to load my family and my brother's family in the vehicle for a trip out to dinner. We laughed and joked around and played car games and really enjoyed our time together.
Pros
I really like the third row seating, the backup camera, and the automatic hatch.
Cons
I don't think I would buy a black color car again. They are very hard to keep clean.

They are easy to deal with in that they allowed me to look first and then come get someone when I was ready. I was also able to see a wide range of vehicles and test drove several different models/types.

The car I found online was still available and at the price stated online. The employees were polite and knowledgeable. The car I bought was as advertised and the purchase has so far been very satisfying.
