Pearson treated me like a member of the family instead of a typical 'walk-in' like other dealerships did while I was searching for a new car.

The service was incredible. I have never had such a great experience purchasing a motor vehicle before. The sales associate who assisted me was knowledgeable and knew how to play ball. In fact, I have now purchased two vehicles from this dealership. I felt like I walked away with a great deal. They continue to treat me well every time I go back for service.

I've always owned Hondas, and transitioned from a 2005 Odyssey EX-L with all the bells and whistles. Unfortunately, Honda has abandoned the leather seats I was used to for lower-quality "leather trim" that even the salespeople point out isn't worth the price (the add-on accessories lady actually said that to me). I also miss the sunroof, which is ONLY available on the top two model trims. Also ONLY available in the most expensive models: Sirius/XM-ready capability. This was almost a deal breaker for me. Being a long-time Honda customer I was irritated that they decided to make something that used to be so easy into something ridiculously expensive and difficult to get. I'm not going to pay thousands of dollars to get two features I really want, only to have to put up with half a do... (more)
Story
It's still too new. I haven't done anything fun in it yet.
Pros
It's big, but it drives small. It's comfortable and quiet, and handles like an absolute dream. Hondas colors and design upgrades are much improved over recent years. My Pilot is a deep, sparkly blue with gray and black interior. It's a very attractive vehicle from every angle, and it's so fun to drive.
Cons
I think Honda may have been deliberately controlling the supply of new Pilots available, both to make it easier to sell older models still in stock, and to create market demand. And they're pricy. I've noticed the price slowly creep up as people see them out and about and say "ooh, what's that?"

I have had my Honda Pilot for almost 7 years. It was my first SUV and I love it! It has over 105,000 miles and the drive is still smooth! Despite its size it is also easy to maneuver. The gas mileage is not too bad considering the size. I get 24 miles to the gallon on the highway. I have had minimal maintenance issues with this car and have overall been very happy with my purchase!
Story
My most fun memory with the Pilot is taking my kids to a Safari type park where you drive through and feed the animals. The kids had so much fun reaching out of the windows with the animals at eye level. They also hoped back into the trunk area when they were scared of the larger animals. They still talk about that visit!
Pros
My favorite feature of this car is the third row and size of the rows. I have two small children and can easily fit two large convertible car seats in the middle row with plenty of room for an adult in the middle seat. The third row is an added feature when we have visitors or want friends to ride with us. There is also ample room in the trunk when the third row is collapsed. As a mom, these features are crucial for transporting friends, strollers, luggage and other necessary equipment.
Cons
I wish my car had a button to automatically close the trunk. I know it sounds minor, but that would be a huge help when rounding up little kids and carrying groceries. I also wish I had selected the 4wd option for various weather conditions.
