This is the first vehicle I have ever bought brand new, so compared to every other car I've owned it was far superior in quality. It's not really a fair comparison though since that would probably have been true of any new vehicle. It has so far been a wonderfully reliable car. I've put 48,000 miles on it and never had any work done outside of routine maintenance. It handles well, and is easy to maneuver for an SUV. It really feels more like driving a compact car, which I actually like.
Story
We have loved using it to transport our dog to the dog park! She loves having room to move around/lay down in the back storage area.
Pros
It has pretty great gas mileage for an SUV. According to the built-in tracker, it has averaged 25-26 MPG. I also really like the back-up camera. That seems to be pretty standard on most SUVs and vans these days, though. This may sound weird, but I absolutely love the way the doors sound when they close. It's an oddly satisfying sound. Another great feature is the split rear seat. We can choose to fold down half of the seat for extra storage while still having a passenger in the back seat.
Cons
The backseat is really cramped. We purchased this vehicle before starting a family, but now that we have two kids we've really outgrown it. With two car seats in the back there is no room for a third passenger, not even a small adult. The CVT transmission also makes weird humming noises while driving. It's not a big deal to me and I barely notice it, but it bothers some people. I also hate that the headrests in the back seat don't move. It really cuts down your viewing space through the rear view mirror.

I love this vehicle. The vehicle drives and handles well. It is very stylish and has a very sleek appearance overall. The absolute best thing about this vehicle is how comfortable it is. There is plenty of legroom and the seats allow me to sit comfortably for long periods of time without any discomfort. The only thing that I did not like about the vehicle is the tow capacity. I was hoping to be able to pull a small RV or a large fishing boat but the towing capacity is really low and will not allow for it. The vehicle gets great gas mileage, usually it is around 23 mpg on average. The vehicle does not make any strange or funny noises. It has never broken down or not started. This vehicle is very reliable.
Story
I have used this vehicle or quite a few family trips and vacations and have found the vehicle very reliable and useful on these trips.
Pros
The most positive things about this vehicle are the low maintenance cost, the comfortable interior which is very spacious and the great gas mileage for an SUV. This vehicle is more comfortable than a recliner at home.
Cons
The most negative thing about this vehicle is the tow capacity. This vehicle is able to tow only small accessories. Large RVs or boats are out of the question.

My car salesman let me take as much time as I needed to make the decision I needed. I was not pressured or coerced in any way. I visited other dealerships in the area and had TERRIBLE experiences at all of them who employed extreme tactics (like keeping my keys hostage while they pushed numbers on me). This dealership was low pressure and that ultimately won my business. The atmosphere is calm and nice and when I went back, maybe about a month later, the guy who sold me the car still knew my name, followed up with questions on how I liked the car, and pointed me to the person I had to talk to in the business office. Very professional and I would recommend starting here. If I am still in the area when I decide to trade or purchase again, this is where I will start my search.

I did not have the best experience with First Team. I was shopping for a used vehicle for my child and the process was very tedious. I was at the dealership for over three hours waiting for paperwork and when I got to speak with the finance person the details were still incorrect. The salesman also promised me a couple of extras that he would deliver with the vehicle and he did not. I have also used the maintenance department many times in the past and felt overcharged and like I got the runaround.
