I have owned my car for over ten years and never once have I had a major problem with it. Everything has worn very well, and it's been a super reliable car. The car currently has 178,000 miles- I've had it since it only had 48,000 miles on it- and it has never broken down or had a major repair issue. I dislike the fact that it does not have four-wheel drive, but it has been safe in the snow. About once a year the car will shut off on it's own at stoplights, but it always starts right back up. The air conditioning has had to been charged a couple times, I'm not sure if it's a typical issue or how often most cars have to be recharged. My Trailblazer has had the common issue of burning up the heating and cooling fan - that's been replaced twice. I like the fact that it's a roomy, family f... (more)
Story
We've taken all our family vacations and trips in this car - I can't be too location specific as we've had it all over the place. I've had this car from the year I graduated high school to finally having my own child.
Pros
It's been reliable. It's comfortable, and it's affordable.
Cons
The fan burning up. No four-wheel drive.

Overall the vehicle was good for my needs. I attend a lot of craft shows so I need room to carry my goods. It handles well on wet and snowy roads. Maintenance relatively low. So far just had to have our changes and air conditioner fixed. I do wish it had more back room for hauling but I won't complain. Seats are comfortable and easy to clean. Child safety locks are wonderful when you haul the little ones. Plenty of leg room front and back.
Story
My husband and I were traveling through New England and we're up in Maine. We stopped at a lake he and his family visited frequently when he was growing up. We sat and watched one of the prettiest sunsets I have ever witnessed. We decided we wanted to stay at the lake that night so we folded down the seats and fixed us a bed in the back. So peaceful and the sunrise was as pretty as the sunset.
Pros
Low maintenance, plenty of leg room. Cools and heats quickly.
Cons
Low mpg.

This is a small family owned dealership that is very different from the huge dealerships you typically find around Richmond. Because they are smaller, they are able to provide a customized car buying experience for every customer. I felt very at ease talking to the salesmen and never once did they make me feel uncomfortable or pressured to purchase a car. Everyone that works their is extremely polite and courteous. They do not play games and they are willing to give you a great deal on a car.

The service and the environment was very friendly. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. You also get something called priorities for life which includes a lifetime of free services for your vehicle. The customer waiting areas are 5 star! none like it around here at all. The have massage chairs, movie theater, you can have your nails done, also, free food and starbucks coffee!
