I originally purchased my Yaris because my family all have Toyotas and said that they were great vehicles. I liked the idea of the Yaris because it seemed like a mix between a RAV 4 and a typical car. It had the hatchback and was supposed to have great mileage. I liked the idea of having a hatchback for ease of use verses a trunk, as it's sometimes hard to reach back into a trunk to reach items, groceries in particular. I liked that the Yaris was a bit smaller and had a good turn radius. I had already decided on purchasing this car before going in to the dealership, which I see now was a mistake. I would have been much happier with a more typical car. I have now had my Yaris for going on two years and I wish I could trade it in for something different. As soon as I'm financially able I... Story
One of my favorite memories was helping a friend move and stuffing as much as we could into every nook and cranny of my car. It did hold a surprising amount, but it was rather comical to see my tiny car filled to bursting with an assortment of clothes and furniture.
Pros
My top favorite features of the car is the turn radius and the fact that it is small enough to safely miss near-collisions if another driver swings in front of me unexpectedly.
Cons
The vehicle itself (mainly interior) is extremely uncomfortable. The seats, having the clock behind the steering wheel (I'm still not used to this, even after nearly two years), the cup holders being so far down (sounds silly, but when you are commuting all the time that is a huge comfort thing), not having an armrests, the brakes, the air conditioning is also starting to have some issues.

I love my Yaris! It is by far the best vehicle I have ever owned. I have had no problems with my car since my decision to purchase over 8 years ago! In addition, the car is definitely made with quality in mind as everything is pretty much electric. This results in low maintenance costs and a build that will last. My car is at over 130,000 miles and it still runs amazing. My car fits in with the new stylish models created today since it was built with a futuristic look on the outside as well as inside. It has almost a bug looking face. It's a small sedan but it is really spacious on the inside. Not to mention, it also has all of the dash located in the center console area. It's super cool! It also has surround sound so enjoying music is that much better with the added bass.
Story
When my husband and I were first dating, we went to a drive-in movie showing and it was an awesome experience since the seats inside of the Yaris are electronically adjustable to move the chair literally up as far as height as well as back and forward. These features made the drive in movie experience even more enjoyable!
Pros
The Toyota Yaris S Sedan is a reliable vehicle, built to last. Some of my favorite features of the car include the futuristic look of the dash and the center console which is a huge pro! The surround sound from the boost bass speakers inside the vehicle is a huge winner! The spaciousness of the inside of a small class sedan is another plus! Lastly, the gas mileage of the car is impeccable and I save a ton of money on gas due to its economic build. I usually can fill up my tank on $20.
Cons
I don't really have any negative things to say about the Yaris. The only bummer is that they no longer make the S sedan version.

They had a great selection of cars on the front lot. Their sales associate was not pushy and helped me find the right car for me. I also really appreciated the no haggle pricing which made the entire experience much less stressful for me.

Excellent service by the person working with me. Really took the time to understand my unique needs and came up with a car and payment plan that worked for me. Would go back again in a second.
