2015 Lincoln MKZ - Not worth the extra money - unless you love to look stylish.

I had driven a rental 2015 Ford Fusion, which is the underlying base for the Lincoln MKZ, and I was impressed. So when it came time to lease a new car I thought the MKZ, even in its lower-level trim without the extra bells and whistles would be an impressive upgrade. It definitely delivers in this respect when it comes to the style and body. It is very sleek and stylish and looks futuristic. Matthew McConaughey made it look cool in the commercials. Story
I took this car down the Malibu mountain pass and it was fun and very smooth. Felt like I was cruising in luxury.
Pros
Smooth ride makes it luxurious enough. Sexy cabin design but with plastic paneling on the dash and behind seats. Pretty decent fuel economy for a large car. Very nice exterior design.
Cons
Not the greatest fuel economy, not much different than the Ford Fusion internally. Unimpressive cabin materials, complicated infotainment system, and limited headroom in the back seat. Could be more responsive and agile despite being very smooth.
