I like the color of my car. It has a grey/sliver color to it. The rims are so shiny and look brand new. The tires on my car are huge! They take up all of the rims. On the top of my ride I have a sunroof. I mean this thing is gorgeous. The car is not to big and I can park it in the middle side spaces because of its size. The interior has leather seats and there is even leather on the steering wheel. The radio is simply the best. It has surround sound and it has the navigation system, so I that I don't get lost. Oh, I forgot where I was, the radio has a touch screen interface and the speakers are super loud. The driver and passenger seats recline all the way back if I want to take a nap. There more than enough cup holders for my cups and there is also one is the back seat for my kids.
Story
Just bought the vehicle, haven't made any memories yet.
Pros
The positive things is that my car is beautiful. My favorite features are the seats and the radio, plus the navigation system. The sun roof is another one of my favorites.
Cons
I wished the steering wheel pulled up more.

The price was good with a .9% interest rate. The reason I got the car is, at the time, I had a long commute, and the Jeep I was driving was a gas guzzler. This greatly reduced my monthly gas expenses plus had a great look to it. I got mine with a black leather interior and a Bose sound system which really added to the feel to the car. My Jeep was getting me 11 to 14 mpg, but the Altima upped it to 27 mpg with decent pick up for a four cylinder. I find my Altima to be extremely comfortable and can fit five people comfortably. There is plenty of trunk space for your day to day activities and for the occasional road trips. As for maintenance, there hasn't been much the first 80k. When I got to around 90k, I had my first big repair. The ECM went out on the car. I was actually kind of... (more)
Story
I had gotten a call late one winter night because my sister thought there was someone walking around her house. I jumped in the car and jumped on the highway. As I was getting off the exit ramp, I hit a patch of ice. The back end of the car fishtailed hard but was able to easily recover it. Several cars that were behind me hit the same ice and went off the road (nobody was hurt). I could no... (more)
Pros
Great gas mileage for city and highway. The leather heated seats, especially come winter. The look of the car is great, adopted its look from the Maxima from a few years before it. Bose sound system with Bluetooth.
Cons
Pickup was just okay, but what can you expect from a four cylinder? The ECM going out was a punch to the stomach, especially because it was common in that model.

If you are looking for a new car, I would not hesitate to ask for Luis if you are visiting Mid City Nissan. I know there are bad reviews of Mid City, but I truly think when making a purchase as expensive as a car, you want someone helping you that you feel you can trust.

What was so great about the dealership was the niceness of the staff. Even though I didn't have a lot of money to work with the accommodated me and helped me find a car that I could afford with my budget. They also didn't make me feel like I was less than which has been a big problem for me over the years when dealing with car dealers.
