Nissan Versa Chicago, IL OWNER RATINGS & REVIEWS

Great value and comfortable.
I like the combination of value and comfort this car provides. I am a tall person so finding a sedan that I can fit in comfortably is hard, but with this one I am able to sit in a comfortable position and have a passenger sitting behind me with plenty of leg room for the both of us. I have driven it on road trips across the country and I have always felt comfortable. The trips also showed me how fuel efficient the car is and how well it handles in all conditions. It is a rather plain looking car, but that would be one of my only complaints.

Kind of ambivalent about this car
There are a lot of objectively good things about this car. First, the previous owners took great care of it. They had all of the service records, and it passed the Carfax check with flying colors. My mechanic even said it was in great condition. It's never given me a bit of mechanical trouble. It gets good gas mileage. The trunk is really roomie. Sounds great, doesn't it? Here's the problem. It's the most uncomfortable car I have ever driven. The suspension checks out great, but I feel every single bump and crack in the road. The seat adjustment is never quite right. There are serious blind spots, so I'm constantly craning my neck around. To be clear, I'm 5'8", so it's not like I'm really tall or really short. So, it's a great car in a lot of ways. The only problem is that I really dislike driving it. If someone wants a mechanically sound car with good gas mileage, they should definitely consider this though. We are a Nissan family and will buy Nissan again, but probably not this model.

Best car I have ever owned.
I love this little car. It has a little get up and go. The car has 145,000 miles. There are no leaks, and the engine is so quiet that sometimes I forget it's running. If you the seats fold down, which is great for grocery shopping, but if you have seven people in your house like I do, I would recommended using a bigger vehicle, otherwise you will waste gas. The seats have enough room. Both my spouse and I are larger people, and we fit comfortably. Fabric is easy to clean. I spilt a juice box on the seat, and it came right up with hot soapy water. Watch out! The door handles fall off easy. We have had three door handles on two different Nissan Versas fall off.
