I have owned this car for five years and have driven 280,000 miles. I bought it because it was a great value and came with a great warranty supplied by the dealer. It gets decent gas mileage, which is important when you are averaging close to 1,000 miles each week. For me it has been a very reliable car. I have only had to perform two major repairs, both of which were completely covered by the dealer's warranty. I needed a new fuel pump and a new transmission at 195,000 miles. That is high mileage with no major repairs even without the warranty. I even put on about 50,000 miles driving for Lyft, and those were hard city miles on the streets of Chicago. All the components have worked smoothly and as designed for this entire time. The ride is not what you would get from a luxury vehicle ... (more)
Story
My road trip to NY with my son was the highlight in this car. Hours of driving punctuated by stops at amazing disc golf courses and then three fantastic days enjoying Broadway shows and the sights of Times Square.
Pros
The best feature of this car is the space it offers. Despite appearing small from the outside, it has an incredible amount of room for the driver and the passengers. You can comfortably fit three adults in the back seat of this car with no problem. I am a big guy, and I have never felt cramped. I have driven other "better" vehicles and found significantly less space despite the fact that they are bigger. The trunk on the sedan version is also deceptively large.
Cons
The down side is that it is the least expensive vehicle out there for purchase from a major dealer right now. This means it is definitely lacking in the things you would expect from a more expensive vehicle. While it has enough power to get up to speed on the highway and comfortably cruise at 75, it doesn't have much extra. The interior is not luxurious, and the outer appearance is simple and utilitarian. You get what you pay for.

I like the combination of value and comfort this car provides. I am a tall person so finding a sedan that I can fit in comfortably is hard, but with this one I am able to sit in a comfortable position and have a passenger sitting behind me with plenty of leg room for the both of us. I have driven it on road trips across the country and I have always felt comfortable. The trips also showed me how fuel efficient the car is and how well it handles in all conditions. It is a rather plain looking car, but that would be one of my only complaints.
Story
The first winter I had my car the roads were slick and I was nervous. I had to pick up a server to bring to a client, which is pretty heavy. I saw other cars sliding all over and just hoped I wouldn't have any trouble. My car handled the weather like a champ and I got to the client earlier than anticipated, smooth driving the whole way.
Pros
The car is comfortable to drive in all distances with or without passengers. The trunk holds a lot more than I anticipated and I have never felt like I needed more storage, even on long trips. The gas mileage is amazing on the highway and exceeds my expectations in city traffic. The car has been very reliable and not needed any additional service.
Cons
It is a plain looking car, but I don't mind that. Not a super powerful car.

They were responsive to my needs and listened to what I wanted. I wanted a specific model of car after seeing it at the Auto Show and they were able to cater to that need. After test driving a similar model they worked with me to find the exact color and style of car I wanted. I only had to wait a couple extra days for them to have the exact car I wanted transferred to their dealership. They did not try to pressure me to buy a vehicle on their lot that I did not want.

They had the exact car that I wanted. I spent about a week and a half calling every Nissan dealership that was within driving distance, comparing prices. When the gentlemen at Bill Kay and I reached an agreement, I told them that I was coming in to sign papers, and that if anything was different than what we discussed on the phone, I was going to walk. I was in-and-out in thirty minutes, all signing paperwork, no surprises. If you have a week and a half or so to invest in taking many phone calls and going back and forth a lot, this is the way to buy a car.
