The Nissan Sentra is a decent car
I bought the car February 2014. It's a Nissan Sentra. It runs very quietly. It gets up to speed and cruises just fine, great mpg and I find it comfortable. The car is a little underpowered, but I just drive to work and back so I don't need a high-powered car. There was one negative thing about the car there was a recall on the air bags, due to a manufacturing error within the air bag inflators, the passenger frontal air bag may not properly deploy in the event of a crash . So had to get that fixed at the dealer. Other than that, no other complaints.

Sturdy Car, Sound Transportation
I bought the vehicle new, and found that over the many years I've owned it that it has incredible stamina, is easy to maintain, and is very comfortable. Keeping up on maintenance is a big issue in my family, so over the 17+ years I've owned it, I've regularly had yearly maintenance performed; it's paid off in spades! Outside of changing the oil and replacing tires and minor things, the Nissan Sentra SE has a low cost of ownership, and continues to chew through every Chicago winter that gets thrown at it.

No it wasn't. I came in there for a car quote and to ask advice. I wanted to find out if I should buy a new car or a used car as my first car and what things I'm supposed to look for in a new/used car while purchasing. But no matter what I did, the sales rep ignored all of my questions and kept asking me for other information like "Can I see your ID?" "Let me check your credit score against this car". It honestly felt like he was praying on my vulnerabilities. It was a terrible experience because he kept trying to get me to buy a new car without helping me in any way and in the end he wouldn't let me leave without buying a car. He tried selling me a used car and it was at a good asking price but at that point, I just wanted out. My dad picked me up from the dealership and the sales rep followed us home with the used car and lowered the price to 2,000. We ended up taking the car and I couldn't have felt more upset about the whole situation. By and by, the car is in really good conditions and ran into very small problems so I can't complain too much on the quality of the car. It was the customer serviced that reeked.

The salesman we dealt with was patient. He offered us all the options that we could work with and worked with our challenging credit situation. He also worked with the down payment that we could afford. He not only helped us find a car, he was also very personable and we left there feeling like we were friends. We have returned two more times and he always remembers us which is incredible considering how many people he meets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. There was no pressure to buy.

Clear description of price and warranty. Relatively friendly staff. Easy to set up a test drive appointment. Quick response when I asked for a Carfax report. No problems with the car since the sale.
