I have a 600 foot gravel driveway with a steep hill and haul a lot of building material to my house for work on the property. For this I needed a heavy truck with enough power for the task. The Pathfinder has been the perfect vehicle for me. It allows me to do the work I enjoy to do on my property as well as having no problems on our hill in the snow in the winter time. This truck has performed perfectly under those conditions and has also been used to pull many cars out of ditches during winter snow and ice storms that are common in the Midwest. In addition, I have a lot of outdoor hobbies such as kayaking, hunting and fishing. This truck allows me to carry all my gear with room to spare and is used frequently for hauling a utility trailer. It easily performs all of these tasks and is still a very stylish vehicle to drive to work.

I have owned many Nissans and continue to have great experiences with each one. Currently, I own a Sentra and a Pathfinder. The Pathfinder was purchased specifically because of its great tow capacity for makes 2012 and prior. Newer ones appeared to have lower tow capacities at the time I was researching them (Approximately early 2014). I have driven this vehicle in all types of weather and have been happy with it from torrential rain to snow and ice; it always performs well. The interior has three rows of seating and is comfortable in all seats for me. I always look at seating comfort, because I am tall and this vehicle seats comfortable people with longer legs. The vehicle has great response when the gas pedal is depressed and has a lot more "pick-up" than I was expecting. The factory dashboard/stereo has a lot of nice features including the ability to review air pressure in each tire from the menus.
