The Ford Explorer is an amazing starter car. It was the first car that I ever drove. It was graciously bought by my parents. My Explorer (we named her Bessie) was an absolute tank. She survived cross-country treks, hail and snow storms, the summer heat, and the driving of 16-year-old me (which was not good). It is an extremely safe car that was more than reliable for over 200,000 miles. I got a small car following this one, but I am planning on buying a newer Explorer here in the near future.

I pretty much enjoyed owning this vehicle. I found that it was very economical and dependable for the price. I feel like this car was a good bang for the buck. You can't really go wrong with a car like this.
