2010 Scion tC - My Scion
This car was purchased less than two years ago, so I don't know all of it's personality yet. So far, the tC has been great. It reminds me a little of my Toyota Celica GT that I had for 43 years. Can you tell I don't trade cars a lot? Can't tell you the exact specs on it, but it is a fast little four-cylinder engine with a five-speed manual. Just the way I like 'em. This is the first liftback car I've owned, and that is proving pretty useful and versatile. It was one-owner with low miles when I bought it, and I won't be putting much more on it. These days I travel less, but regardless, a person likes having a smooth reliable vehicle. People compliment me on the Scion's appearance and say they like the color(wine). Not that I bought it to be looked at.
Story
One day when I was at the post office, a guy was just fascinated by the fact the car had a manual transmission. He said nobody makes them any more, in spite of the fact that I was indeed driving one.
Pros
Favorites: the sunroof, the liftback and storage area, the 5-speed, the terrific sound system, comfy bucket seats, and its looks.
Cons
Cons: blind spots when backing up, suspension is a little stiff.
