My Camry has cleared 100,000 miles and is going strong. I am a mother so I prefer 4-door vehicles so the kids can get in and out easily, but I do not like climbing up into a vehicle. I prefer functionality over luxury, and this car meets all my needs. The price was affordable and with kids I didn't have a ton of cash laying around for my needs. I also required something that was mechanically sound. The kids have plenty of leg room, which a bonus, because I have leggy boys! Trunk space is sufficient to hold all the football gear with no problems.
Story
I took my Camry camping, and put a tent, 2 tables, coolers, clothes, and everything else I needed for the weekend in the trunk. Then I diligently applied the bike rack, put the bikes on, and it was only then that I realized I had forgotten to put in my dog's leash, food, toys, etc.!!! Thank Heaven I was able to open the trunk from the interior and poke those items in around what was already pa... (more)
Pros
I wanted another Camry when I was in the market to buy. I like the quality, the mileage, the seat design. The trunk space is ample for all my camping gear, plus a cooler! I put a bike rack on when that's done and we're good to go for a weekend in the wild. It has great acceleration for a V-6. I like that the back seats fold down and allow things to be placed in and out of the trunk. I have brought building materials (2x4's) and furniture home using this feature! I use the stereo all the time; often times I link up my iPhone to it and listen to my own playlist.
Cons
The dashboard vibrates and makes a noise. The passenger doors always seem to be locked even after I have "unlocked" them with the key fob. The check engine light comes on randomly sometimes, but after several starts it almost always clears without requiring intervention. I was surprised when I realized it didn't have anti-lock brakes, though. Winter driving is tricky sometimes.

I have a 2010 Toyota Camry XLE, and I'm a little ambivalent about it. I really like the powerful engine and enjoy driving it on highways and interstates. It has plenty of power and is comfortable inside--a great car for cruising across the country. However, I find most of the electronic systems to be more hassle than help. I regularly have to deal with a "low tire pressure" light that seems to come on and off for no discernible reason. The automatic steering adjust system mostly just annoys me when it engages and I'm not skidding. And most of the other dashboard controls would be more useful if they tried to do less things without my input. Maybe my biggest complaint, however, is that it feels like a bigger car than it really is. That's fine for interstate driving, but in the city I fe... (more)
Pros
Great engine. Comfortable leather interior. Great-looking car.
Cons
Feels bigger than it is. Too many fiddly controls and warning lights inside that mostly just annoy. Not much trunk space. Already have had a few recall notices on this car from Toyota.

I've bought two used cars from Rochester Toyota, and have gotten a good price on a good (or great) car each time. After looking for used Preuses throughout the state and spending a couple of days looking at cheaper deals in the twin cities, my wife and I ended up going with the slightly more expensive option at the dealer we knew and trusted. We got a bit shaved off the cost at the end to boot!

Always has great customer service. Free oil changes, maintenance, and tire rotations for two years after purchase. Nice waiting area and lobby. Good trade in prices. Doesn't make you feel like you are being forced into a purchase. Located in the city I grew up in, so it's nice to support a local business.
