I never thought I would be a minivan person. After I had two kids, that changed. I purchased my Toyota Sienna and love it. My family has always been Toyota loyal, and when it came to buying a minivan, I didn't bother with any other manufacturer. Toyota is known for reliability and great resale value. This van is no exception to that rule. It is hard to find much wrong with it, as I have been very pleased.
Story
The best memories are going to vacation with three generations riding in the same vehicle and doing so comfortably.
Pros
Reliable. I have never had any major problems other than the airbag recall. Comfortable cabin and ride. It rides just like my Camry did. Quality workmanship. Joints fit together like they should without gaps. Lots of storage and/or can fit seven people. Paint. It still looks great. Folding second row seats. It is nice for storing long items in the rear.
Cons
Third row fits one adult or two kids comfortably. Folding seats. While they fold down, they do not stow down into the floor for a completely flat rear area for storing. Door jam failure. Toyota recalled 2007 Sienna's for this issue to fix the problem. The 2008 has the same problem, but a recall hasn't been issued, and to have the problem repaired, it is approx. $1,000.00 out of pocket.

This van has been great for our family! As a military family constantly on the go, this not only offers great cargo space, but room to take our 3 dogs with us when we do hit the road! Having the ability to seat up to 8 people makes it great also for family to come visit and be able to take one vehicle when they do versus two.
Story
When my husband decided to upgrade our tv, I was able to remove the center seat in the 2nd row and fit the tv inside the van with the 3rd row stored - which allowed me to make the purchase in 1 trip vs going home and getting a trailer to bring it home.
Pros
Great cargo space, the fold and stow 3rd row leaves many options for seat configurations, as does the removable center seat in the 2nd row.
Cons
No built in navigation or Bluetooth, no standard trailer hitch/wiring.

They were the only dealer in the area that had a car right away that fit my budget and needs.
