2005 Buick Terraza - Efficient.
The capacity to store products in this vehicle is wonderful. To be able to push a remote button to slide either door open is very useful. Considering I am in a wheelchair, I love the capability of being able to load it myself without having to depend and rely on others. The power function; however, is very lacking. The van does not have the capacity to move fully due to the lack of power behind it.
Story
I have not had this vehicle long so there is not much I can share memorably. This is used mainly to transport my children to their co-op classes and field trips.
Pros
One of the top positive things I enjoy about this vehicle is being able to load it myself. Another is the function to have my dashboard inform me of when things are going wrong. I also enjoy being able to have room for cargo or extra passengers.
Cons
The power does not match up with the strength of the vehicle. It will not accelerate appropriately to keep up with moving traffic. Also when parts break they are considered dealership only parts meaning it costs a lot more. Example of this is the shift linkage cable which costs less than 10 dollars on many other vehicles cost me 189 dollars on this vehicle. Also the remote costs 110 to replace.
2005 Buick Terraza - A very nice van
I got the tan colored version of this car, with an additional Sirius XM radio package. The storage space for the car is vast, especially because you can fold down the seats for more room. The car handled a little heavy, but otherwise well. The quality of the car has been good for the most part, but I have had a few issues with the car door sensors. For example, the automatic side doors will sometimes open by themselves because the sensor nodes are broken. Even so, I am very happy with the car and I am glad I purchased it. I would go with this brand again
Pros
- The add-on features you can buy, such as Sirius XM and navigation.
- The sturdiness of the car
- Color options
- Storage space of the car
Cons
- The problems I had with the car door sensors. I wish they were better made.
