I purchased this car for my 16 year old daughter. It will be her first car. When I was in the market for a car for her, a friend called me and told me his step mom had this car for sale and I couldn't pass on the price.
Story
I guess the best memory is teaching my daughter how to drive in it. She was really beating the crap out of my car but when I got her this car she started taking much better care of it because it is hers.
Pros
The 2003 caviler gets amazing gas mileage for how old it is. I get close to 33 mpg in it. The car is really sport looking and has some really tight turning. For such a small car it has quite a bit of trunk space and for a 4 cylinder engine I cannot believe how much power it has.
Cons
This car sits a bit to low to the ground for me. It can be a bit hard to get in and out of. Because of the low clearance it can be hard to drive in the snow.

I bought this car in 1996 and it was in excellent condition. I think this car would have lasted a lot longer if I didn't live in NYC. The roads are really bad here and I think the pot holes ruin cars. I was very fortunate that I had very few problems with it. I did the oil changes on a regular basis. I essentially liked the car and filled it to the brim with stuff! I am an artist and I wanted to be able to sell my 'wares' at shows, etc. However, I mostly filled up the car with stuff. At this time I am considering getting rid of the car because it is getting old, has160,000 miles on it and I have recently spent money on repairs and I don't want to put any more money into it.
Story
Most of my fun involved going to the beach or upstate NY. It is nice to get away now and then.
Pros
I like the cassette player. I like that it goes when I put my foot on the gas. I am very comfortable in it. It has served me well with few problems - like I said, until recently.
Cons
The worst thing is a couple of years after I bought the car the gas gauge did not work properly. I used to judge my gas by how much I drove. I only got stuck ONCE in all the time I've had this car. That one time cost be plenty! The other thing is that the car is pretty low to the ground and I find it harder and harder to get out of the seat.

The salesmen, most dealerships are similar except when it comes down to the salesmen. At Davids they have salesmen willing to work with you and for you to get you the best deal possible. They are easy to work with and will answer any and all questions you may have. Also they give you free food for just showing up. Great experience overall will being going there again.

Very courteous staff, very accommodating when it came to financing. Small town dealership with a lot of choices and inventory. Awesome and quick service department, they offer reasonable rates for common services. I would go back again in a heartbeat if I was in the market for a new car.
