The fun begins with the Jeep wrangler. Since owning this vehicle, I've taken it on road trips and off road many times. It is hands down the funnest vehicle I've ever owned. In the warm days of summer you can take the top down and take the doors off. It's very well built and is ready for the trails right off the assembly line. I have put over 100k miles on it and there are no rattles/shakes or odd noises as if it were poorly manufactured. Also, I'm a windsurfer and am able to put my sails, boards and gear on the roll bars, my wife and I have also taken the kayak on the roof. One thing that I never thought would matter to me is the ability to plug my iPhone into the auxiliary jack and listen to my music through the stereo. The interior is also very comfortable, not at all like the old Jeeps that were almost utilitarian in feel. The particular model I own comes included with keyless entry, power windows, locks, and basic alarm. You can easily take 4 people, yourself included, out for a fun day!

Overall my Jeep Wrangler is great. The manual transmission is performing admirably after about 100,000 miles. The gas mileage is better than anticipated, averaging about 15 miles city and up to 21 highway. The power is exactly what I want out of a Jeep. The ability to switch from the soft-top to a convertible is a wonderful function. Most of the parts of the Jeep are still working quite well, what flaws are present are due to a mixture of poor road conditions (too many potholes) and improper use by the original owner of the vehicle. The ability to remove the back seat gives my dog more than enough room to run around during road trips as well. This Jeep is great for people who want to get outdoors and explore. The 4x4 capability means no road or weather is going to leave you stranded. However, you must pack light as there is not a large amount of cargo space especially if there are 4 passengers. Overall, the Jeep Wrangler is a must have for any outdoor enthusiast.
