Mitsubishi review
My Mitsubishi Mirage 2000 has been very good too me in the 10+ years that I have owned it. By far, the best thing about the car is how reliable it is; I'm pretty sure only a major car wreck or maybe a bullet could stop the engine from running. I have replaced nothing in this car since I got it with the exception of some struts. This car is, in fact, so reliable that what's under the hood is outliving the interior. My rear view mirror has fallen off before, and all the door carpet is gone. The seats no longer support my back as well. This may be a criticism, but after 18 years, I would expect the interior of any car to break down. This car drives well and makes a nice growl when you put your foot down. This car is also cheap to maintain; the tires are only $35 a piece for example. The only complaint I would have is the look of it; this looks like a car your grandpa would drive. Despite the design, I would whole heatedly endorse Mitsubishi as a car maker. If I bought a fancier car from them today, I have little doubt that it would last 15 years. I'll be sad to see this one go when it finally dies, but that could be some time.

Great on gas
This car has really changed the way that I travel for the better. It has incredible gas mileage, up to 37 city/44 highway, and it really shows. I have driven across the country twice in this car, and it didn't break the bank. It costs only 17 dollars top to fill the tank, which is amazing. I do think the engine is a bit weak. It sometimes sounds like it's struggling to get moving. I've also noticed the breaks make a terrible noise when they get wet, and sometimes it feels like they are grinding. It may not be very well made or very fast, but for me, the gas mileage alone makes it worth it.

Affordable and great on gas
I love this car. It is very inexpensive. Sometimes you hear you get what you pay for, but I feel I got a hybrid for the cost of a regular car. This car is also shift, which I love because I feel I have way more control over it plus because it is a stick shift. I got the car at a discount because not a lot of people now how to drive stick. I don't do a lot of heavy moving, so one of the only downside is that there is not a lot of room. Other than that, I love it. The repairs are minimum. The car has a good bit of speed as well despite the size of the engine. The car is not a race car but will get you very far on only seven gallons of gas. My previous cars would normal cost me about $30 to fill; this one cost me half and give just as much distance. Cars, I feel, are investments, and since most of time I have to finance them, I feel this one holds value. It cost less for me to own, unlike most cars.
