The 2009 Nissan Sentra FE sedan model has been good to me since the day I bought it new. It has a sporty ride, gets very good gas mileage, handles well in all types of driving conditions, and can carry a surprising amount of cargo. It's been able to handle the heat of Texas and also the NJ winters without a hitch. I'm still driving with all of its major components working steady as she goes. I do all of my own maintenance such as brakes, oil changes, filters, fluids, etc. Only minor work that was done on the car was repairing a coupler in the exhaust system pipe before the muffler. Oil level between oil changes doesn't drop a bit. Still working with original battery and original plugs even after 100k miles. Exterior has held up well even though I don't do much to keep it that way. No leaks or funny noises to report. The car has taken a few very long trips, i.e. round trip TX to FL, and TX to NJ. It can cruise easily at 75mph and the standard 140 horsepower four cylinder has enough power to get out of harms way when necessary. All mechanicals are working as they should but are starting to show its age a bit.

I was pretty happy with the car overall. I bought it used but it had a working A/C, which is important to me because I live in the desert. It also got good gas mileage and I didn't really have any problems with it until the very end when I had a huge problem that actually totaled the car. But not including that, it was a good little car and I miss it.
