The manual that we found that I liked had an extra package (window tinting, nitrogen filled tires, etc) that I didn't necessarily want, so they knocked that off the price, even though it was included. The facilities are also great and they always have snacks and drinks available when you are waiting for service.

CarMax has a stellar warranty system. You can opt to buy a six year warranty. This warranty covers the cost of repairs (excluding wear and tear), a rental car ($40 for 7 days) and towing service.
