I like the way this car is constructed. It is like a tank. The interior has held up nicely and all the extras work, such as rear air, cruise control, mileage meter etc. The car handles smoothly and does everything I would want in a car. One sets up high enough in the drivers seat to see every detail of the road. The seats lay down so one could sleep in the back or haul a queen size mattress; so it actually doubles as a truck. I also use the back area for hauling everything up to a lawn mower, mulch and plants to be planted in my yard. I like this car for the gas mileage also.
Story
I have used the back od the vehicle as a camper on many occasions and have had a few liaisons there.
Pros
My favorite features of the vehicle is the fact that the rear seats power down to make a hauling area big enough to haul just about everything. I have actually hauled a queen side mattress in the back. What other suv's or big enough to do this except a truck.
Cons
I do not like the outside shell of the car body being plastic, when one gets a dent or breakage in the body of the shell, it progresses rapidly to a problem that must be fixed at the body shop.

I love that my Expedition seats up to eight people. I have five, yes five!, kids plus myself and my husband, and it can be difficult to find a vehicle that will hold all of us without buying an ugly bulky cargo van. This SUV is roomy and looks great! I was scared at first to drive a bigger vehicle having driven smaller SUVs and sedans in the past, but this vehicle handles well. It also came with a great sound system and front/rear AC/heat.
Story
The Expedition has been a real lifesaver during our family outings. Last Halloween, we managed to get all five kids in costumes, including a Lego man costume made out of boxes plus a double stroller in the vehicle and headed out for the best candy giving neighborhoods. We looked like a never-ending stream of people climbing out as usual, but it was a fun night.
Pros
Plenty of passenger and cargo room, improved gas mileage over older models, and a sleek exterior.

My salesman listened to every question I had and answered honestly. He brought me everything I wanted to see and test drive, and he didn't push me into buying something I didn't want.

There wasn't much of a push on sales more or less just wanted to make a sale and didn't try to push extra features etc.
