The truck is built solidly. I've hauled building materials, topsoil, mulch, and compost dozens of times, sometimes 20+ miles. It's been in several hailstorms and it's hard to see what little damage was produced. There's no body rust, either. The only major problem I've had was to replace the transmission after 80k miles, but that was under a separate warranty and only cost me $500. The only other "major" repair was to replace a warped wheel hub which I was able to do myself.
Pros
My favorite feature is how low maintenance this truck is. Besides oil changes and the few repairs mentioned above, I've had to replace the brake linings twice in 106k miles.
Cons
This truck has no negatives. Just the odd transmission replacement which could randomly happen to anyone.

From the get-go the vehicle had my heart wrapped around its finger with the side step up to the cab. Perfect height for anyone to use the truck, and it made getting in for my heavier friends easier. Not only was the interior insanely comfortable but it had a great feeling to it as well. It created an environment that only Ford can seem to create in their vehicles.
Story
This was the vehicle my family and I used to go on my nieces first vacation. It lasted well on gas and was able to fit 4 peoples worth of luggage along with the bodies for a 3 day vacation. Excellent first impression.
Pros
Since the cab was so spacious this vehicle is a great choice not only for family vacation or work, but it's got plenty of space if you need to help a friend move or anything really. The fuel efficiency is a great trait this line of Ford's has. I can take a trip from South Texas to San Antonio on one tank alone. Almost all the way back, too. This is a great utility vehicle and an even greater starting vehicle if you can afford it, because this will last you a very long time and it's easy to use.
Cons
Not many bad things to say about this vehicle but I am a nitpicky person so lets go. First, I don't like the windshield design because I feel it makes it extremely easy for the cab to warm up from sun exposure. If the windshield could be a little more compact and not allow so much sun to cover the front of the cab then maybe it would be a bit better for temperature control. The A/C in the vehicle does a good job of keeping up with the poor design.

The price was a really great one for a truck. We had a strict budget and very firm on a low monthly payment and they made it happen. It was nice to not have to haggle a bunch for price.

This dealership was awesome because of the sales lady I had. She went above and beyond to be accommodating and speedy. There was no messing around with her and she wouldn't mess with you.

The truck was cheaper and had more added to it than the Ford dealership. They are located in multiple states.
