The 2010 Honda CRV is a classy, safe, reliable vehicle. Honda's have always been the gold standard for my family, and when I received a new job that required lots of driving into changing areas in the Northeast it was the first car that came to mind. My model has all-wheel drive, heated leather seats, dashboard navigation, and a rear-view camera. It's a perfect car for finding your way to troubling places in awful, snowy, weather. The car is comfortable, with plenty of space for a growing family--it has pretty good gas mileage, and a stylish interior. It has some nice bells and whistles such as an iPod dock and AUX port to hook up pretty much any mp3 player, and well as Sirius/XM compatibility. Besides changing the oil consistently, I've never had any sort of problem with this car wha... (more)
Pros
The CRV is the perfect all-weather car for a growing family. The navigation system is great, the all-wheel driving helps through the mud/rain/snow, and the rear-view camera helps you get out of tricky parking situations. If you pair all of this with the heated leather seats and an automatic car starter it's essentially the quintessential winter car here in the Northeast. Honda's, in my experience, require very little maintenance. I've gotten into a minor accident in my 3 years with this car and the CRV shrugged off the front bumper damage. Other than that I haven't had any issues whatsoev... (more)
Cons
There aren't a lot of negative things about the CRV--but performance is a little lacking. It can handle all sorts of terrain, but it doesn't do so quietly, as there is a good amount of cabin noise that you'll notice. There's also a bit of a bumpy ride you'll experience in rougher weather. Acceleration is also a bit of an issue, and for a vehicle that's relatively small (for a SUV) it takes a while to get up to 60 mph when you're approaching the thruway. When you're trying to do this, the cabin noise tends to get even more unruly, and the car feels like it's "chugging" quite a bit. Although... (more)

The Honda CR-V was a great choice for us once we had our son. We went from a Civic to a small SUV, and it was definitely an upgrade. Like all of our past Hondas, the CR-V gets good gas mileage and drives very smoothly. It has a refined and sophisticated exterior and interior comparable to a luxury vehicle. We were thrilled about the trunk space, and we continue to fill it to the brim nearly every time we use the car. The stereo system, A/C, and all the other standard features it comes with are all up to par. We sincerely enjoyed the CR-V for a full year. When our family began to grow, we soon realized it would not be the best vehicle for a family of four. The backseat feels a bit cramped to begin with, especially compared to a car like the Accord, but once you fill it with not one but ... (more)
Story
We always take our CR-V on road trips, so it has been a part of our fondest memories -- like Sesame Place!
Pros
Top positives: It gets good gas mileage - we can drive very far on a tank and don't have to refill too option. The trunk is very roomy and spacious and fits a lot of stuff, which is super important when you have a family. It is safe and reliable.
Cons
The backseat is small and becomes very cramped when you add two car seats. Not made for a growing family!

They were local to my area so it felt like talking to neighbors. They threw in many features at a reduced price. The actual visit was very pleasant. Its the small details like premium coffee rather than cheap coffee. I felt like I was really being taken care of rather than swindled in a stereotypical "car salesman" way.

This dealership was really great to buy my first car from. They treated me as though I had always known what I was doing and an old pro at this whole car thing, when in fact I was completely clueless.
