This dealership was so great because they worked so hard for us. They treated us well, offered us drinks, and most importantly they sold us the car at the price we were willing to pay for it.

It wasn't necessarily the best. It was the closest and offered the lowest price of the dealerships that responded to my price request.

I purchased this car almost two years ago. I love that the suv is not that big on the outside, but is huge on the inside. In fact it is much larger on the inside that most full sized suv. The pilot is very steady at speed and makes it a very good road trip car. The pick up is average and the gas mileage is good on the highway. In town this suv can be a pain to drive because it is very wide.
Story
Being able to stuff lots of items in one go
Pros
Medium on the outside and large on the outside Good highway mileage Stable at high speeds. Comfortable on long trips Almost maintenance free
Cons
City gas mileage bad Because it is very wide difficult to drive in narrow areas heavy steering wheel poor visibility to the front. Bad quality gas affects performance

I love the fact that I can easily fit my child and all of the things that come with her. Honda has definitely had families in mind when making this car, between the DVD entertainment system, the spacious 3rd rows and the one touch lift gate it makes transporting my family much more enjoyable. I have the AWD so the gas mileage could definitely be better but considering the size of the car and the fact that it has decent acceleration and pick up, I think it's a reasonable sacrifice to make. I ended up getting a black Pilot, which was not my first choice and was worried about the Texas heat roasting us during the summer, but the built in window shades make it much better and it doesn't seem to be any difference than my previous car that was white.
Story
We were able to fit 5 adults, a car seat, 4 suitcases and a stroller for a trip to the airport and were all perfectly comfortable, it was amazing!
Pros
Plenty of 3rd row room Doesn't feel slow and large Very quiet Lots of extra features for convenience
Cons
Gas mileage

The Honda Pilot is fantastic. I like how roomy the 3rd row is and how the 2nd row can move forward and back to allow for more leg room in the 3rd row or the 2nd row. I like the center console in the front and how much room there is for items to be stored. One con about the front row is the fact there are only 2 cup holders. There are 6 total in the 2nd row, which seems excessive. I like how 2 large car seats fit in the second row and there is still plenty of room in the front. The back holds a lot, including a stroller, 2 weeks worth of extra clothes and junk that the kids have left in the car, AND groceries. I would definitely recommend this car and would buy it again. It is quiet, smooth and helps the kids nap while I drive because we all know they wouldn't want to do that at home.
Story
We got caught in a traffic jam behind an overturned 18 wheeler. It was able to cross a grassy hill to get to the feeder road and we were able to keep driving.
Pros
Large so I can see over other cars, holds lots of stuff, cleans easily, has room for 2 large boys.
Cons
Not enough cup holders for the Starbucks cups and Diet Cokes that are constantly accruing in our car, lots of wires coming out of the dashboard in the front and under the seats that little kids like to try to grab.
