When we were in the market to purchase a new vehicle, I was driving a 4-door sedan. We wanted something bigger because we knew we'd end up having kids someday. My current car has leather seats, a sun roof, and seat warmers, so I knew I wanted those features again for sure. When we met with the salesperson, we told him we liked the Pilot and told him how awesome it would be to have a Pilot with those features I wanted. He told us that one had just come in and they hadn't even washed it yet. We looked at it - it was a GREAT color (metallic blue-gray), it had the features, AND it was available for purchase immediately. I loved that it had 3rd row seating and that it was a good-sized vehicle, but not too big. It took a little getting used to - the brakes in a vehicle like that aren't "stop-on-a-dime." 10 Years later, it still runs great and has plenty of room for everything we need, whether we're driving people somewhere or whether we're hauling a large item or several items.

Very good build quality, both interior and exterior. Doors close with a thud. No cracks in the dashboard or any rattles. Vehicle is still solid after 125,000 miles. Even after 11 years of operation, all electric-powered features are still functioning. Vehicle has pockets and bins galore. Center console and armrest has ample storage. Good acceleration from the VTEC engine.
