I like how the Highlander is roomy. I have three children and a husband. Travelling in the Highlander is comfortable. It is made by Toyota which I trust.
Story
Driving it on long trips to church every weekend. Driving to Grandma's house.
Pros
It is roomy and comfortable. It hasn't needed a significant amount of repairs. It feels safe to drive. It feels like you are high up from the ground.
Cons
It's sort of hard to park being a wide vehicle. There are blind spots to the side and rear. It uses more gas then smaller vehicles. It costs more than other makes/models.

I like the smoothness of the ride, the color, stereo system, wheels and ease of driving. This car can fit 7 people and that is a plus for taking two families on a trip it is also great when you need to separate kids from one another. The car is all around great and I would buy it again.
Story
I use to car pull with my sons friends home from school. One day they were very loud and acting crazy. So as a punishment, I played a kids CD, the "wheels on the bus" I said when you are quiet I will turn it off. Instead of being quiet they got louder and sang along withe music.
Pros
Drives very well, not lots of blind spots, the rear camera, never have to worry about hitting a car when backing up. The navigational system is good. the voice is pleasant. The easy way seats go down to carry passengers. Can have 7 people in car. The easy way to lower seats in back for transporting large things. The large back area.
Cons
The wheels are 17 inches which make buying tires more expensive. The standard size of wheels made are 16 inches. My tires are twice as expensive as other SUV's. also, usually have to special order tires. The tire guy told me the standard stock tires are softer and need to be replaced more often. Again, more cash

The people who work there were extremely helpful and nice. They helped me make the right selection and answered all of my questions. It didn't take longer than expensive to drive home, and the experience at the dealership was pleasant. Not to mention, they are walking distance to and from my house, which makes is great when I have to turn my car in for repairs or maintenance.

They provide great customer service. They are punctual and offer affordable prices. My family has had dealings with them for almost 15 years with purchasing cars, having cars repaired, and coming in for tune ups. They offer a complementary service where they drive us home if the car is going to be in repairs for the whole day. They also offer free donuts to everyone.
