2004 Toyota Corolla - Best economy car on the road

The 2004 Toyota Corolla has, hands-down, been the best car I've ever owned. It's reliable, cost-effective, fuel efficient and perfect for anyone who does a lot of road travel. My vehicle has almost 200,000 miles and has been an integral part of my maturity and adulthood. The vehicle is not flashy, but it's reliable, only having to complete routine maintenance (breaks, tires, oil changes) and only encountered one mechanical issue with my windows. The car has a lot of "pick-up and go" for a compact car and holds its own on the road. Very happy that I found a vehicle that was a reliable carry-all for years of renaissance fairs—holding lots of archery equipment and clothing, even our seven-foot longbows (using the fold-down back passenger seats).
Story
My husband and I drove through Nevada the day after we got married with a "Just Married" banner on our back window. My car (which was ten years old at the time) was the best ride through the hot desert and was a comedic sight to see with so much dust and dirt caked on.
Pros
My favorite aspects of this vehicle were the fuel efficiency and its easy maintenance. I didn't have to worry about it breaking down on me as long as I took care of it. Also, during the years of higher gas prices, this car kept me moving when many others decided to stay off the road.
Cons
I have to say, as the social group's designated driver, I would have preferred a larger cab. I'm short, so the lower ceiling in the car is not an issue for me. However, for my husband and his six foot friends, that's more of an issue and not as comfortable for them to enjoy the ride.

2016 Toyota Corolla - Simply satisfied.

The car that I bought was very fitting for me and my situation, from insurance to maintenance to the looks, all I could say was that I am very satisfied that I bought the car because it is simply perfect. Yes when I bought it, it was used but I always do a thorough research on the car or a background check and I only saw minor flaws on it.
Story
When I was at the park, I played basketball and all of a sudden a group of college kids actually were impressed by the looks of the car.
Pros
One of the positive things of this car is maintenance, the car company really cares and tries to improve there car services especially here in where I live, everything from oil changes to interior check up, things are good so far. I am very well satisfied with the practicality and style that my car brings for me.
Cons
The only con that I can say for this car is the car color and a bit of a high monthly payment for the car. When I bought the car it was looking brand new interior and exterior features, but when I got in and I wafted a cigarette like smell, probably it was the previous owner but everything got handled now and it still feels brand new.

The prices were very fair and the staff made me feel welcome and wanted. I was not pressured into making a purchase but the salesperson let me make my own decision after telling the pros and cons of each model. I was also given free coffee and tea which was nice because i went very early in the morning. As i left the dealership in my new car i was waved off by the staff.
