My vehicle is a 2006 Mini Cooper. I love my car because it's small, yet very efficient and fast. I am blown away at how many times the car surprises me with how fast it can keep up with bigger cars. At first, I did not like the look of the car, but it slowly grew on me because it's stylish and sporty in the way that it looks. The care is very comfortable, despite it being small. It makes you feel really homey. As a con, there is not a lot of trunk room, so it is hard to grocery shop when I need to get a lot of things. The quality of the car is very nice, I've had it for a few years and I have nothing bad to say about it. There are no noises or any blind spots that are aware to me when I am driving. My car has only been in the shop once (it was my fault with the break pads) The gas ... (more)
Story
I took my car cross country and it survived the whole entire trip, and I looked sporty and fun while remaining cost efficient and safe.
Pros
Top positive things about the vehicle would be it's look, and the way it drives really smoothly. My favorite features are the smallness of the car.
Cons
Top negative things would be the smallness of the trunk.

I got my Mini Cooper as a second-hand car, which was low in mileage for being two years old. Since I don't drive long distance very often, the car is perfect for me. I drive myself mostly, so the size of the car was not an issue. I loved how cute it looks. I know sometimes cars can be aesthetically pleasing and not functional, but this is not the case for the Mini Cooper! The car is super cute but not frivolous. I have the basic standard package for the interior, which is perfect. The nicer upgrades are cool but not necessary. Performance wise, the car is very fuel efficient. I can get up to 24-27 miles per gallon on the streets. For being a small car, it usually doesn't take bumps too well, which is expected. I think the steering control of the car is excellent. It takes sharp turns ... (more)
Story
My most memorable story I have had with my car is driving with my 80-pound dog in the backseat from Northern California down to Southern California.
Pros
In my Mini Cooper, my favorite feature is the interior light switch. While it does not serve any important function, it is such a nice touch to add. I could switch to my new favorite color whenever I feel like it. Another great thing about the car is the size. I cannot tell you how easy it is to parallel park or fit into a compact parking spot after driving around forever looking for one. Another great thing about this car is the interior design. The leather seat look luxurious without having to break the bank. The large round headlights are really cute in my opinion. While it does not ma... (more)
Cons
While I love the Mini Cooper, there are few things I do not like about the vehicle after purchase. One being that the lack of versatility when it comes to car auxiliary cords. If I do not have a Mini Cooper brand cord, I'm unable to connect my iPhone or iPod to the system. There is an easy solution to this, which is just use an aux cord. However, with the newer iPhones, this will no longer be possible. Another issue I have is the trunk space. By that I mean, there is virtually none. I can fit may two normal-sized luggages in the back if I really forced the trunk door down, but other than t... (more)

At the time I was a freshmen in college. I went to this dealership because I already had a good idea that a mini cooper would be a good car for me, and because they were one of the few in the bay area that didn't have a $1,000+ markup for the car. Despite my young age, the people who worked here were very courteous and treated me with respect like any other customer. They did not ignore me, and kindly answered me questions with a lot of enthusiasm.

I had gone through a great deal of research to get the car I want. It is a special experience for me to get myself something like this. When I went to this dealership, I was expecting a hard sell from their sales people however that was not what happened. The staff was surprisingly helpful and they sounded sincere in helping me with what I wanted. I did not feel pressured but I felt that they really wanted me to enjoy the experience in checking out the car and test driving it. The best part of it all was the customer service that they provided me that made the experience enjoyable and I am grateful to them for that.
