The Venza comes across as a bit more Lexus than Toyota, with numerous clever touches that promise to make it a pleasant crossover.
Story
Once me and my family were going on a short ride. After we came home, we realized that we forgot our son in the car.
Pros
Reliability, stylish look, easy entry and exit, cargo space, clever storage, easy-to-fold rear seats, comfortable interior with plenty of rear seat space, smooth optional V6, conventional 6-speed automatic transmission.
Cons
19" or 20" tires are expensive to replace, the ride is a bit rough and bouncy, large turning radius, rear blind spots, original backup camera screen is small and hard to see, no third-row seat option.

2013 Toyota Venza - It is great on gas, smooth ride.

I like the fact there is a lot of room for the price. It is great on gas miles. I just feel a little unsafe if I were to get hit by a bigger vehicle. I like the fact that there are multiple different and new age styles of color to pick from. Great light source for driving at night. I like the seat as far as the cushioning, but I don't like how the head piece is in the vehicle. I feel like my head is slightly forward and makes neck slightly strained
Story
This was a great starter car for my family and I. We have been married for 2 years now.
Pros
So far in one year we have driven over 22,000 mile, and we have not had any issues with the vehicle. We have driven to the bay, mountains, and long distance trips and at all times it has been a very comfortable ride all the way (with out bumps or noise).
Cons
I did not like buying the vehicle itself because the dealers at most Toyota dealers wanted $7,000 more tan the MSRP price, but it was only through a secondary dealer did we get it above $500 the MSRP price. We also had to pay for fog lights separate to save another $250.

They had a good sized inventory of the specific type of car I was looking for and all the used cars I was looking at were part of the Toyota Certified Used Program. This made me feel confident that the car I was buying was in good condition. Roger, the salesman was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I had a pre-approved loan from my credit union and while Roger did offer to see if I could get a better financing deal through them, he wasn't pushy about it. Roger made the whole process easy and smooth. Also, the atmosphere of the entire dealership - from reception to financing - was welcoming, friendly and not pressure or stress inducing.

This dealership is great because the prices are reasonable and I don't have to haggle. Also, the service I received over there was fantastic. I didn't feel like I was being tricked or scammed for my money. I like the fact that the whole process was transparent for me and I didn't have to second guess what the dealers were trying to do. Overall, I had a positive experience at this place.
