Strong Vehicle for a Reasonable Price
The Hyundai Elantra is overall a strong vehicle. It performs as to be expected and is an entirely reasonably priced car. The acceleration of the car feels like it has some power behind it. The handling is excellent, the gas mileage is satisfying, and the car feels like a good deal in today's market. Although the car has blind spots that are hard to overcome, and the trunk is not as spacious as I had hoped, the car overall shines as a solid purchase.

Carmax Hartford

Carmax basically made buying my car as easy as possible; you walk in, you're shown a car, if you like it they go through everything with you and your on your way out. I especially like how the salespeople aren't on commission so they don't pressure you into buying a car from them. Pretty much a solid dealership experience.

The first couple things that stand out about this dealership is their friendliness and hospitality. There are some negative connotations with car dealerships; specifically pushy salesmen and sleazy tactics, all of which create in an uncomfortable and unpleasant environment to make a purchase. I purchased the car from the salesman named Arcady, who is a wonderful, elderly gentleman. And based on what I was able to ascertain about the other salesman, they all seemed to be calm and laid back. Furthermore, I went in there well informed. I had the price reports from truecar.com and read up on all the incentives that I could qualify for. I knew exactly what car I wanted to purchase. After the test drive, we sat down to negotiate the price. Ultimately, I knew that the car was not a popular model and it had been sitting on the lot for a while, so I was able to negotiate a great price. The only real negative aspect, if I can find a fault, was with the time it took to complete the whole process. Namely, it took forever with the banks and the insurance company.
