My wife and I purchased this car, as we had planned to travel the country and were looking for an affordable SUV with low mileage. This car ticked all our boxes and was a joy to own until looking at the gas bills.
Story
This car gave me and my wife the weekend of our dreams driving from the beach all the way up the the snow topped mountains in Colorado. It was a amazing trip with no issues with the car, which allowed us to simply enjoy.
Pros
The Sante Fe has a roomy cabin with comfortable seats. There is plenty of storage room for a small family and has plenty of power for those times where you want to go off the beaten path. It performed excellent going up dirt paths and trails in the mountains. I would not recommend taking this SUV into anything that would be very rocky or requiring a true off road car, but on trails and mountain passes it does a great job.
Cons
The biggest problem that I had with this vehicle and the reason for selling it back to the dealership was the overall fuel mileage and the cost of maintenance. While nothing major broke while I owned this car, it always seemed to be something, and the gas mileage listed by the company is not as realistic as I was lead to believe. I was getting around 11 MPG on a daily basis.

It's overall a pretty good car. I can't complain really. It gets you where you need to go!
Story
I was traveling and there were no nearby motels, so I just slept in the car. Turns out it was pretty comfy! Well, for a car that is. The seats extended and there's even a power outlet in the trunk.
Pros
Plenty of space and great for traveling. Runs smoothly. Good mileage.
Cons
Always had problems with the battery.

The service team at Jim Click are friendly and know what they are doing. I know it's slightly more expensive to get your oil changed at a dealership, but I was really impressed with their service the first time so I keep going back. I have also visited the collision center there in order to get an estimate after a slight fender bender in a parking garage. Nice people.

The dealership had a lot of cars to choose from, both new and used. The car I bought from them was reasonably priced. The salesmen I dealt with weren't pushy or over-aggressive. The dealership was fairly new I think when I bought my car, so the building looked nice and not run-down. The dealership was in a good location, on a major street with other car dealerships nearby.
