I really like the mileage as it gets, 41 miles per gallon, and it does it so effortlessly. It is a comfortable ride and really doesn't reveal many bumps or shakes on the road. The interior is stylish. The black color is good to hide stains or spills. The radio is very good and has good bass in the speakers. I like how it will play any form of media and has all attachments for modern media devices. The design of the exterior and the rims are modern and sleek. It has a decent acceleration. The trunk is large and the seat folds-down to allow longer items to be carried.
Story
I went on a road trip and was able to sleep in the car and carry all my gear and it was kind of fun. I don't like long trips, but I had a good time listening to music and enjoying my fast food along the way.
Pros
The thing I like best is how the car looks. I also enjoy the radio and speakers. The cargo capacity is excellent and helps when I have to get something for the house from the hardware store. The heads-up display gives a lot of information and allows me to watch my fuel economy. It has a nice console in the middle where you can store a lot of things or be converted into an extra cup holder.
Cons
I don't care for the fact that when you stop on the gas pedal there is a hesitation. Isn't the fastest car I've ever had. I don't like how the slope makes it hard to look behind me and see over the trunk or the out the back window. The cup holders in the door at slanted so you can't put a gas station cup or anything with a lid in them.

2011 Mazda Mazda3 - Great vehicle if not for a few minor issues.

The 2011 Mazda3 is the closest thing to a sports car I could probably afford. It has a solid 168hp 2.5 L engine that you can feel as soon as you step heavily into the pedal. The exterior is nice, and it's as nice a hatchback as I've ever been in. Solid storage space in the back with a drop down hider for the back window so people can't peer in. Interior is all black cloth bucket seats in the front, and small seats with no one in the back. I wouldn't take this thing on a cross-country trip with friends, except if they were laying down. If you push the back seats down, the back automatically becomes roomy and provides even more storage than it is when the seats are up. The main downside is definitely the road noise, but that's to be expected with a sport model car that's low to the groun... (more)
Story
All thruways around here. We don't have too many cops on them, so taking it on a thruway and hitting 95 is great—even if only for a short time.
Pros
Definitely the sporty feel of the handling and the power of the engine along with the nice interior and Bose sound system. For a 2011 car, the interior is pretty modern, though still middling in the looks compared to luxury cars. The storage space is nice, even though I don't often use it, but it all comes to down to how the car drives, and this one's great.
Cons
Probably the gas mileage, which can get pretty bad with city driving. Other than that, the road noise, but that can't be complained about too much as that is kind of just how the car is made.
