The Nissan Sentra is a very good city car due to its small size. It can be parked comfortably in almost any small space, either on the street or otherwise. It is on par with other economy cars in its class and, while stylish, has its share of squeaks and rattles. The engine is adequate, however the CVT automatic transmission dulls some of the available horsepower, and the trunk is small - it cannot even fit two bags of golf clubs without stuffing them in. While the car can fit five people it's best used on short trips because leg room in the back is practically nonexistent, not to mention the downward sloping roof is subpar for taller passengers. The interior finish is logical and well-organized, however the cabin contains more far more plastic than the average economy car. On th... (more)
Story
Live in the city and have had many people complement me on the vehicle's styling
Pros
Excellent styling, very reliable, economical, comfortable on longer trips, relatively inexpensive to maintain, logical and organized control layout.
Cons
Transmission dulls available power, engine braking when coming to a complete stop, lots of interior plastic, small trunk, very little legroom in the back seat

I really liked the three different options for fuel usage: regular, sport and eco. Keyless entry was great. I never want to have to use keys in the door lock or for the ignition again. I really enjoyed the remote door and trunk lock feature. It made it much easier to find my car in the parking lot among many other cars. There were many cup holders including one in each door, between the driver and passenger seat in the front and then an armrest in the back. All of the controls were within easy reach.
Story
Unfortunately there are many cars that are similar to a black 2015 Nissan Sentra right now. Particularly in parking lots at night. Several times I tried unlocking The doors of someone else's car – a few times with drivers in the driver seat looking at me with a very puzzled expression while I had the same puzzled expression on my face.
Pros
Even without snow tires or four-wheel-drive I was able to safely navigate through several snowstorms for hours at a time. There was a noticeable difference in performance and your consumption in each of the three different fuel modes. My favorite was the sport mode ( except when it came time to refill the gas tank all too quickly) The Car had a lot of energy and power in sport mode and I was able to get after 48 miles a gallon in eco-mode. The car was quick to heat up and cool down for passenger comfort.
Cons
I really like the rear view camera option. Unfortunately, I learned very quickly that objects were definitely closer than the camera made them appear to be, so I didn't end up using it all that often. The headlight lever had a rotating control switch that was too close to the steering wheel resulting in accidental turn off of the lights while driving at least a few times a week.

The staff was extremely friendly. They listened to what I wanted in a new car and helped me find a car that would be a good fit for me now and in the future.
