2012 Ram Pickup 1500 - Decent truck for the hard-working individual

The truck has a decent body construction. One such example of this is the rear wheel wells are lined with a tough non metal material to prevent rusting. A lot of the older trucks you see now a days will have rust spots on these areas. In addition the truck does pretty well in four-wheel drive in tight situations such as inclement weather.
Story
I always enjoyed getting my beach permit. This allowed me to drive onto the local beaches in Delaware for surf fishing.
Pros
The interior is nice and well designed. The model I have even included a powered rear cab windows so that you can easily open it via a button. The model I also have came with a key fob and remote start. This truck also features a gas economy mode that means when driving non-city miles it will automatically shift the v8 engine from running to six cylinders instead of eight thus saving on gas. Also included in the interior is a nice low voltage outlet option and several USB ports.
Cons
The emergency brake release is kind of flimsy and can break very easily. Luckily, it is easy to replace. Also, the remote key fob has been known to become problematic in that the buttons will sometimes either not work or become way too sensitive. This is because of that fact that the internal sensors go out, and that means you are looking at a high tech replacement part. Another negative thing about this vehicle and sometimes trucks in general is you are looking at expensive replacement parts such as tires, brakes, rotors, etc., when compared to your normal typical sedan.

Not only does this truck hold up well during my daily drive, but it has immense towing capacity. After 140,000 miles and 10+ boats, cars, ATVs, and motorcycles towed behind it, the transmission and engine are still in top condition. The interior is crafted like some actual effort was put into the quality and detail, making you feel like the dashboard was engineered for comfort and security. The interior has so much storage, and the back cab area is large enough for my Great Dane to spread out and enjoy the ride. The amazing look of the truck is just icing on the cake. I really like how available and interchangeable Mopar has made their parts when I need to replace anything, it's a quick fix for almost any owner.
Story
I tow my tiny house around with the truck, and the adventures I've had all over the US with it are impossible to count. The truck has been my best friend on the road.
Pros
The towing capacity for a light truck is the best part about this vehicle. No other brand has the towing durability and engine/transmission quality. The sound is premium for just having stock speakers, and the options for heated/cooled seats, automatic folding seats, and an easy to use sunroof make it a comfortable and stylish ride.
Cons
I wish the truck would come with more color options.
