My quad cab model is an absolute beast of an animal, in other words it has a lot of power. I love how much cargo it can hold. This year I have been renovating our house for sale and it has carried everything I need it to. There have been no trips to the hardware store where it has failed to do what I need it to. That was one of the many pros about the Ram 1500 2016 model. One of the few cons, which I was sad to find, was the start system failed and I had to have it towed to the dealership and pay $600 to fix it... including the tow. But the good outweighs the bad. Another pro is that it can carry a lot of weight. For one part of the renovation to my house I had to haul 2,000 pounds of bricks. The truck did not slow down from the weight at all. It was like a 1/2 a inch down, but that wa... (more)

None so far, sorry.
Pros
This truck is incredibly reliable. Like A LOT reliable. It was more than I expected. I was caught in a flash flood and my truck powered through the water so I could stop up ahead and help tow people.
Cons
The situation where I had to have a tow was disappointing. That was one of the three cons I have noticed about the truck. I have also noticed the truck is kind of high from the ground - it is fine for me but for my wife and kid it is kind of to high for them. The last con I have noticed about the truck is, that the passenger seat does not have a lot of leg room. It has plenty for letting someone sit there, but usually I put grocery there when I am driving alone. It can only hold like three bags, unlike my last car which could hold about seven. Though overall, I am still satisfied with the ... (more)

I drove this truck for 99,000 miles from 2008 - 2015. Overall it was a reliable vehicle. The Rams have always been the kind of truck that is easy to get in a drive without much of a learning curve in terms of throttle/brake sensitivity. The dashboard and radio, Uconnect, and heat controls were easy to use. Storage was adequate, with a center console, storage under the middle seat in the front, and a split 60/40 rear bench with fold out platforms underneath. The exterior was stylish and both the exterior and interior held up well to daily dirt road driving, salt, and mud. For interior quality, the Laramie edition was mid-range, but it felt like a tradesman in terms of comfort. The seats were rock hard! The backseat was very narrow and could not accommodate a car seat in the rear and a... (more)

We always had a good time camping in this truck. It was a short bed, so just enough room to haul our stuff, but short enough to still maneuver easily in the woods. The suspension on this truck always felt a little funky to me on rutted up roads, but it never ever left me stranded, stuck, or afraid of not making it through the snow!
Pros
Fold flat rear seat platform 60/40 split rear bench seat Easy to use controls Exterior look Easy to drive Big Mirrors Reliable engine
Cons
Low MPG Low tow capacity Hard seats

I loved this truck. The way they designed the outside appearance of the vehicle makes it stand out from every other truck on the road. The cab is huge. There is plenty of space in the back seat for your passengers to be comfortable, which is always a problem in trucks. It has a powerful engine that gets great mpg for a full-size truck. The price point is a little high, but most vehicle these days are getting very expensive. If you are looking for a stylish comfortable work truck, then this is definitely one to consider.

We were leaving a dinner night with some friends and family, and it had just rained. So the fields around us were pretty muddy and slick, so I took my truck out and did some donuts in the mud.
Pros
Very large cabin. I am 6' tall and have ridden in the back of the truck many times, and I can do so comfortably. The flex-fuel engine performs great. I have had no issues with reliability, and it definitely has some power for when you want to let it loose. I love the interior comforts. The sound system is loud and free of distortion. The back-up camera makes it very easy to park such a large vehicle. The leather seat are very easy to clean and maintain. The information center in the instrument cluster has most the information you would ever need to know about how well the truck is running ... (more)
Cons
The carpet in the truck seems very cheap. It is like what you see cheap speaker boxed wrapped in. It does not look like it belongs in such a nice truck. It is also a huge pain to try and get/ keep clean. The brakes in the front of the truck needed to be replaced after only about 15,000 miles. This is a very short lifetime for such an important part. The bed is quite small. The bed of this truck is only 5.5 feet long which makes it hard to get a full load of anything you are trying to move into the back of this pick up.
