Most dependable truck on the market
I purchased the truck to be able to haul construction equipment and materials over long distances. Since I own a small construction company, I have to travel to different job sites. Some of these locations are in different states. Regardless, over the last few years, it has proven to be a very dependable truck. The 2014 Ram is capable of handling well with a heavy load, rough terrain, and in any weather. Additionally, it is a very comfortable truck to drive and has lots of leg room. I am able to drive between states with minimal to no fatigue. It was even capable of handling the steep incline and descent through the Appalachian mountains. Without the right vehicle, it would be difficult to haul any load up the mountain. However, the 1500 is able to handle perfectly. Another benefit to this truck is the numerous tie off locations in the bed for straps or ropes. This was a huge help when I needed to use it to move to a new home. This combined with the large amount of space in the bed, moving anything is very pain free. Since purchasing the vehicle, it has been an essential part of my day to day life. Due to its ease of use, overall capability and performance, bed space, and comfortable interior it is the most well rounded vehicle I have ever owned. All in all, Ram makes a very high quality truck and I advise anyone to buy Ram.

Transmission problems
When I purchased the truck, I also purchased an extended warranty. Of course, I thought that this would also extend the drive train. Much to my dismay, after 120,000 miles when the transmission started experiencing trouble, I found out that the drive train warranty was for 100,000 miles and was not included in the extended warranty. This transmission should not have started having trouble at 120,000 miles.
