The Saturn L1 series review.
This is my review for the Saturn L1 series 1999 model. The Saturn L1 series is a very reliable car to me with easy maintenance and less gasoline usage. I like that the car tag is cheaper due to the car being an older model. The 1999 Saturn came built with a thick rubber bumper which I like.

Dependable and resilient.
This vehicle has been in use for 8 years and had no problems except for some cheap electrical replacement. It has been driven by many people and in a couple accidents but still ran perfectly. I dislike the color I suppose. Its acceleration and brakes could have been more efficient. Good gas mileage.

This car can go.
I think I like the Saturn S series I drive. I bought it off my son when he was planning on buying a new one. It is a 5 speed manual transmission. This particular type uses a very cheap plastic bushing and it breaks so often that if you type in "Saturn mt bu", Google will fill in the rest and give you several pages of results. Fortunately it is an easy fix. The car is small, short to the ground, and if you are stiff or not doing well in the shoulder or knees, it can be hard to get out of. That being said, it travels well in the rain and very seldom got stuck last winter in the ice and snow. This is the second of this type I have bought. I guess I was missing the little red Saturn that I owned several years ago. Except for the color, it was almost the same car. Rattles, bubble gum and duct tape feel and all. I did miss it and am looking forward to using it to keep me going the short distance to work this winter.
