My Saturn Vue was a wise purchase for me. Right off, I received a very good deal in the purchase. I had 60 month financing with 0% interest. The payments were easy to make, and I had the vehicle paid off early. My Vue has been a reliable vehicle. I have put over 155,000 miles on it to date. The ride is still quiet and it doesn't feel like an older vehicle while driving. Repairs have been minimal and the expected repairs to maintain an older vehicle. I drive over 45 miles to work each day, and this SUV has always been reliable. This vehicle is also comfortable with plenty of room. I can get all of my hockey equipment into it with no problems. The outside is starting to show some signs of wear and tear. I have a rusty spot (about the size of a quarter) on the hood. There are some typ... (more)
Story
About 6 months after buying my Vue, we took it down to Florida to go to a bowl game in Orlando. I remember opening the hatch and tail-gating with others. It was a fun way to break in my new Vue.
Pros
My top things are the amount of space in the vehicle to hold cargo. I also feel it has been a pretty reliable vehicle. Finally, the price was very good on this vehicle.
Cons
The biggest con is that they discontinued Saturn. GM finally got the Vue right, and then dumped the line. This did help with the price, since they were dumping the brand, but I am disappointed that I won't be able to purchase a new Saturn Vue.

This has been a great car for the last three years. I plan to use it for the next year and a half until I am able to buy a newer car. It was a used title, and I bought it with a decent amount of miles on it. However, even with the miles, it has held up wonderfully. It is a great college car to have.
Story
This car has been great for road trips with friends during college. We can fit five people very comfortably with lots of room in the back for bags.
Pros
This car has a great exterior that does not rust. I was told that the material it was made with does not rust at all, so that is definitely a plus. It has a great finish and looks like a quality car from the outside. The paint has chipped off a little bit, but for how old it is, it is great. Great gas mileage. My car fits about 12 gallons. With gas so cheap, I am barely putting $25 in each time I fill up. The car looks and feels high quality. I would definitely recommend it to others.
Cons
There is nowhere to put a USB cable to iPod plug. The car sometimes rattles. There was a recall in the key component of the car, so I had to get that fixed, but that was covered by the company. The seats are cloth, so they have gotten dirty a little bit over time. I always prefer leather, but it works just fine. The car also takes a while to accelerate. It is more of a family car, so the get up is a little slow sometimes when getting on the interstate.

I like that the vehicle feels safe when driving. I purchased it during winter and a week after doing so had to drive in a huge snow storm. I felt in control of the vehicle the whole time. The interior is roomy and definitely could meet many different needs. So far it has preformed good. I have had no major issues with it not starting or other mechanical problems.
Story
Cramming my stuff for a weekend getaway along with my sister's as we went out of town. The AUX plug is very nice for being able to sing to your favorite songs from your iPod as we were starting our trip. Everything fit in the car nicely.
Pros
The main positive aspect of the vehicle is safety. I feel that I would be able to drive safely in any type of weather. Also I like that it is very roomy. I recently just put a full size bed frame in the back with the back seats folded down no problem.
Cons
The fuel economy could be better. I drive in the city and get a lot less miles per gallon than driving on the interstate. Also the turn radius could be a bit better. I often have to pull into a spot and back out and pull back in to make sure I am centered. Also the oil sensor has been causing problem since it was purchased. Each time it rains it beeps as though there is a problem with my oil level. The transmission was replaced before purchase and shortly after buying it the radiator was replaced. It would be nice to have an electric start and back up camera.
