Saturn Vue OWNER RATINGS & REVIEWS

It's OK but outlived its usefulness.
I like it a lot when it was new. However, it has aged poorly, and I really want a new car. It is still ok but is not worth fixing again.

10 Years & still going strong!
I purchased this SUV when I traded in my Chevy Camaro. I needed a larger car for my growing family. There was plenty of room for a rear-facing car seat. It drove like a truck, and was very comfortable to drive. There was also plenty of room in the back for hauling groceries and other items. The back seats are 60/40 split and either side or both will lay flat. It is relatively reliable and has only had a few minor issues that were easy fixes. That car has become a rattle trap over the years, likely because of the plastic body. The silver painted trim wore off quickly and the vinyl trim on the cloth seats are cracking from use. The gas mileage isn't great and I average about 20mpg. There have been numerous recalls on the vehicle and because Saturn doesn't exist anymore, we have to take it to a Chevy dealer and customer service isn't their best quality. Next year, my son will inherit this car when he turns 16. Overall, the Vue has been a reliable car and we would likely purchase it again.

Mediocre Vehicle
My vehicle was pre-owned with 40,000 miles. I purchased it from dealership. I have driven approximately 80,000 miles over the past three years. Although the vehicle has been fairly reliable in terms of getting me from point A to B, I have had issues with the electrical system and have had to replace the brakes three or four different times. Also, the seats are very uncomfortable. However, for the price of the vehicle, I feel like I have gotten a good return on my investment thus far. I do love the fact that there is a Honda engine and the V6 has good acceleration.
