My 2008 Saturn Vue overall is awesome. I really love this car, and I use this vehicle as my main source of transportation. I really like the way the car is built and the way it looks. To me, it has a sporty feel to it, and you have the option to choose between manual or automatic. The drive is great and smooth. Even when in stand still, it doesn't rattle or anything. It takes off well, and I have no problem accelerating, and the brakes are good. I love that you're able to use an aux on base radio system. The speaker system is great as well. It's even better when you use the aux cord. It definitely has a good base. I'm also a crazy couponer and get tons of stuff. That being said...I don't really have a problem fitting stuff in there. Although, there is not really that much space in the ... (more)
Story
Well, I love music and like to dance while in my car. So, of course, I had the music blasting, and so when I looked over, someone else was dancing along with me. We were at a stop light, so we was just kept dancing together and laughing until there was a green light. We would have still kept dancing, but they were turning, so it was over. It fun while it lasted though, and she was enjoying my ... (more)
Pros
I would say some pros are the ride is smooth and you have a lot of control. I love the look of it as well. The speakers and sound. It has an aux cord. The acceleration. Nice seats. The interior is nice too. Good size storage compartment. Lots of storage space. Automatic driver seat. Plenty of cup holder spaces.
Cons
It doesn't have the best gas millage. Maybe after a month I got it, the power steering messed up, and I had to get it fixed. It wasn't cheap either, and I was upset. My key sometimes doesn't come out. The tires are kind of expensive.

My Saturn Vue was a wise purchase for me. Right off, I received a very good deal in the purchase. I had 60 month financing with 0% interest. The payments were easy to make, and I had the vehicle paid off early. My Vue has been a reliable vehicle. I have put over 155,000 miles on it to date. The ride is still quiet and it doesn't feel like an older vehicle while driving. Repairs have been minimal and the expected repairs to maintain an older vehicle. I drive over 45 miles to work each day, and this SUV has always been reliable. This vehicle is also comfortable with plenty of room. I can get all of my hockey equipment into it with no problems. The outside is starting to show some signs of wear and tear. I have a rusty spot (about the size of a quarter) on the hood. There are some typ... (more)
Story
About 6 months after buying my Vue, we took it down to Florida to go to a bowl game in Orlando. I remember opening the hatch and tail-gating with others. It was a fun way to break in my new Vue.
Pros
My top things are the amount of space in the vehicle to hold cargo. I also feel it has been a pretty reliable vehicle. Finally, the price was very good on this vehicle.
Cons
The biggest con is that they discontinued Saturn. GM finally got the Vue right, and then dumped the line. This did help with the price, since they were dumping the brand, but I am disappointed that I won't be able to purchase a new Saturn Vue.
