I was a long time Avalon owner and just traded in my hybrid Avalon for a RAV4 Hybrid. I love my RAV4 Hybrid Limited. It's sporty, compact SUV exterior makes it every easy to handle and take anywhere. The inside is packed full of top-of-the-line safety features, and tons of convenience features such as reclining rear seats and cup holders that accommodate large drinks. All of this plus more, and Toyota's hybrid technology makes this a winner for me.
Story
The hybrid motor is so quiet! Many times I've had others in the car, ready to pull out and they are surprised to know the ignition switch had been turned on.
Pros
The safety package is amazing. The Hybrid Limited comes with a rear camera, a birds-eye view camera with perimeter scan, lane assist, and other high tech safety features. The birds-eye camera allows you to see the car from a 360 perspective on your dash navigation system to help you squeeze into tight spots or parallel park. The parking assistance feature is also fantastic. The RAV also handles very well and has a very smooth, stable ride which feels more like my Avalon than I thought it would. The interior is roomier than it appears from first glance; I can comfortably fit five adult... (more)
Cons
I miss having a digital speedometer like my 2011 and 2013 Avalon. There's been some issue with Bluetooth and the navigation system that Toyota is having a hard time addressing with this model. The Limited Hybrid trim does not include a net for the cargo area. For the price, that should be a standard option as it comes with the lower priced hybrid trim.

Very reliable car very comfortable. I really like the setup. It doesn't use too much gas like a normal SUV does. I bought it because it had top ratings as best, cheapest, reliable, non-gas guzzler SUV. I've had it few years now. Always works. I like the way in interior is set up. The glove compartment has four water bottle holes, the seating fabric is comfortable not itchy, seats aren't too wide, the gearshift is easy to maneuver, backseat goes down easily so I have more room to fit bikes/groceries/anything large. The pockets in doors are large so can store a lot. The middle compartment has two different compartments and fits a lot and can plug in iPod in there has charger inside the compartment. It has towing hook in the rear. Very comfortable car to drive. Quiet motor. Ski rack on to... (more)
Story
Had fun driving my parents around when they came into town, and they say it's comfortable. They like it.
Pros
Comfortable, reliable, doesn't guzzle gas.
Cons
I wish I'd gotten cheaper.

When I first went to this dealership I did not expect it to be such a positive experience. My Volkswagen New Beetle recently started having some serious transmission problems so I was on the market for a different car. I wanted something more like my Beetle, but more reliable. When I saw the Rav4 I fell in love and realized it was the car for me to grow as my family grows. DriveTime was helpful with selecting my next vehicle. Thanks so much!

It wasn't great at all. We purchased a car here because our other one broke down in front of this dealership. They lied to us immensely, screwed up the paperwork, and caused all kinds of problems. They tried to say that their advertised offer didn't exist. We had to point out that it was currently in huge letters on their marquee. The overall experience was so bad that we stood in the parking lot and told other potential customers to go somewhere else.
