The Toyota Sienna is a great quality car. I have owned it for 8+ years and purchased it brand new. It runs great and has better fuel mileage than some of the comparable vehicles. It has been a reliable car for me. I have not had any major repairs needed, only routine maintenance issues. It is comfortable and enjoyable to drive.
Story
We have used our Sienna to go on numerous family vacations and road trips. It fits all the kids comfortably and they enjoy the ride.
Pros
Some positive things about the vehicle are that it comfortably seats eight passengers. The rear row of seats stows easily and flat to provide ample cargo space. The 2nd row of seats removes completely if needed. It is a minivan, but drives like a sedan. It is quality made, has not broken down or required expensive repairs.
Cons
The plastic by the sliding door gets dirty and scratched easily. The spare tire is not a full size spare and is difficult to get to under the car. You must locate a bolt on the passenger side behind the front seat and lower it down from under the car. The floor mats don't cover the rear floor area (by 3rd row of seats) when the 2nd seat is flipped up to access rear seats. It makes that part of the carpet easily soiled.

My Toyota Sienna was purchased to replace an older minivan that had been in an accident. The older van was comfortable, had good acceleration, and good gas mileage, so the Sienna had some tough shoes to fill. It did it admirably! The Sienna is a quiet ride, no rattles -- plus you really can't hear external noise much at all. It has almost 200,000 miles on it already, and I have had zero problems with it! It's comfortable and sturdy, pleasant interior colors. The sound system is great. It's a practical van; there is no doubt about it.
Story
My kids absolutely love to pretend they are driving the van, they look so adorable sitting in the front seats with their legs sticking out in front of them!
Pros
The best thing about this van, besides the comfortable ride, is that it fits my entire family and has an amazing amount of room for cargo. The rear seats fold down into the floor, and the middle seats can also fold up against the front seats, making for plenty of room to haul whatever you need.
Cons
The major con of the minivan is that its a minivan. I never thought I'd end up being a "soccer mom" driving a minivan to and from school. It also doesn't get as good gas mileage as my previous van, but it's not awful. It's pretty tolerable, both in the city and out on the open road.

The dealership was very open to negotiate with price. They were friendly and not overly aggressive. They made a mistake when quoting us about a van in inventory over the phone and we drove nearly 2.5 hours to buy it, but rectified the issue before we got there.
