I love my car for many reasons. I find that it has been really reliable -- despite driving long distances. The perfect road trip car. The seats are super comfortable when driving. It also drives really smoothly, and acceleration feels effortless. I like how compact it is which contributes to maneuverability and makes parking super easy. I've been rear ended twice in this car, and both times there was minimal damage -- which I contribute to the great construction of the car. I purchased this car brand new in 2008, and it has held up exceptionally well. I strongly believe I will be able to drive this car beyond 300,000 miles.
Story
My boyfriend and I often drive to visit his family about 40 minutes away, and we always have the best conversations on our way there. It sounds minor, but sharing that time together is really important to me.
Pros
I like that this car has superior highway and street mileage compared to most non-electric vehicles. I also like the comfort and ease of driving it. I used to drive a much larger car, so its compact size is also a big pro for me -- especially living in L.A. which has mostly tiny parking spaces and hard to maneuver streets.
Cons
Although a minor complaint, one of the biggest cons for me is the fact that the cup holders are directly in front of the side air vents. If I put a drink in the cup holder, it then blocks that air vent which is not ideal on a hot day. I find that the trunk is a good size but not quite wide enough for me to move a mattress which was possible in my previous car.

I love my little reliable Yaris. I have had no issues at all in the past 6 months that I have had this vehicle. The mileage is great and the interior is very nice and comfortable. This car is great for working for UBER or LYFT which is my main purpose. I would definitely recommend this vehicle to anybody financing there first car.
Story
Driving from my place to the SLO along PCH with the wind flowing through our hair
Pros
Great mileage, nice interior, cool exterior, very little maintenance required, actually packs a punch when you floor the gas pedal. I've been told at least for older models of this vehicle, that they virtually never break down, he drove one up to over 300,000 miles.
Cons
The only one I complaint I really have is the stock audio system. For some reason I have to continually eq the bass and treble depending on what song/ radio station I am listening to. Also the space is a little tight, in order for the back row to be comfy the front row has to be right up against the dash board. Also, the dashboard only gives you the speed and gas levels. The gas levels is another thing, it starts blinking when you 50+ miles left, and has no way of letting you know when you really are on E
