Nissan Sentra Owner Ratings & Reviews

2016 Nissan Sentra - It's a beautiful car that is also affordable and safe.
The things I really like about this car are the exterior and interior. The color of the car is titanium which isn't something you see often and a major reason I was drawn to the car. The interior is all black with cloth seats that are easy to clean. The car is also the smoothest car I have ever driven. I feel extremely safe in this car. It has an additional feature for when the road is wet that I really liked because driving in the rain can be a little scary.
Story
I enjoyed taking my niece on a drive in my car because my old car didn't have a working A/C so it was nice to take my niece around the city on a warm day and enjoy the views.
Pros
This car is great on gas and even has an eco feature for when you're driving through streets. We took the car to the Grand Canyon, about 10 hours from where I live, it was a smooth ride the whole way there and we only had to fill up on gas twice. My favorite feature of the car is the design. It looks like a high end car without the high end price. It is also very spacious inside and has ample trunk space which is great for road trips.
Cons
So far I have been extremely satisfied with my purchase. As a first time car buyer I was nervous to make a decision too quickly on a vehicle but I have been so happy with my new car. The only thing I noticed was that the stitching on the driver's seat is starting to come undone a little but I'm not too worried. I will take this issue up with the dealership. I have not encountered any other issues with this car.
2012 Nissan Sentra - Great starter car
This was my first car, and I am very happy with my purchase. Thankfully, there have been no recalls or any major issues with the car. For the time (2013), the 2012 model that I purchased was kind of dated in terms of technology. There is no Bluetooth and came with an iPod adapter, but it was the older 30 pin connection, so it was useless the same year since the lightening cable came out.
Story
I took it to my first Coachella music festival for camping, not the best choice but a great time.
Pros
Good gas mileage and good handling with very minimal mechanical issues so far. I just have to keep up with fluids and basic wear and tear components like the tires and break pads and rotors. I did not have to change the battery until about 65,000 miles, which is great. All the parts needed during the car cycle due to the abundant nature of Nissan as a brand were relatively cheap.
Cons
How dated everything inside looks for its time, especially when compared to the 2012/2013 Hondas and Toyotas. The Sentra is stuck in the mid 2000s in terms of car design. Also, the alignment keeps becoming off balanced, and I have had to re-align it several times, and recently, I voided the manufacturing warranty on a new set of tires since they burned out unevenly. Nissan as a dealership though is pretty terrible. I took my car there for basic maintenance, and they overcharge for everything.
