The 2014 BMW 320i xDrive is a fantastic luxury car at a reasonable cost. I financed the car used with 30,000 previous miles, and the car looked good as new. The leather and finishes on the interior are of extreme quality and pleasing to the eye. There have been no mechanical or electronic issues, and the original warranty that came with the car allowed for free brake replacement and any other routine maintenance for the first three years of ownership. The performance of the car is fantastic, and the four-cylinder turbocharged engine gets great gas mileage while allowing for fantastic acceleration and the option to use cruise control. Overall, the look and drive quality of this vehicle is unbeatable and makes for a great car for all ages and genders.
Story
I was driving along about to exit off a highway. As I was heading towards the mall for a little weekend shopping, I went onto the exit ramp going a little too fast. I could feel the car begin to slide out, as the road was wet from the previous night's storm. I went completely sideways, but all the technology built into the performance features of the vehicle and the all-wheel drive option qu... (more)
Pros
The cars engine gets great mileage and gets around 400 miles on a full tank. The engine has great pep and has three settings for economy plus, comfort and sport mode, which allows all types of drivers to select the feel and responsiveness of the steering and throttle. The interior of the car is both luxurious and comfortable and holds up extremely well to constant use.
Cons
The main issue with the car is the lack of technological support for Bluetooth. The car will support hands-free calls, however the car comes with an adapter in order to play music from an iPhone, but the adapter that comes with the car is the old 30-pin cord used for pre iPhone 5 models. This required me to purchase a 30-pin to lightning cable adapter to play music from my iPhone. The car also did not come with satellite radio available, so there was no option to even purchase XM radio after buying the vehicle.

2014 BMW 3 Series - A compact car that drives bigger than it is.

The 320i is a sleek, compact car that drives bigger than it is. It feels solid, and I feel safe being in a small car. It looks very upscale, and the brand BMW certainly helps that perception. I have had this car for almost three years, and it still drives as well as it did back then. The interior is not flashy but does not feel cheap anywhere. The large display on the dashboard is a great feature to have, and it looks very modern. So far, I have not have any major problem with the car. Since the 320i is one of the newer versions of BMWs, it has a very efficient engine. I regularly get 26-30 miles per gallon driving in town. It goes up to about 35-38 miles per gallon for interstate driving. I like the three-transmission settings where you can give up some fuel efficiency for mo... (more)
Story
I thoroughly enjoy my everyday drive in my BMW. In addition, driving the car on a long stretch of empty road is exhilarating, which I did on my trip to Mississippi once. The power for such a small car is evident, and the rush that you get when it accelerates—without that obnoxious loud noise—is quite awesome. Quiet power and grace.
Pros
I love the design. BMWs have that classic grill and back, where you won't be mistaken in recognizing one. The performance is typical BMW. It feels solid and exciting. The size is also decent for a compact car. The electronic design feels modern and menu navigation is quite easy with the dial button.
Cons
My base model doesn't come equipped Bluetooth to connect my smartphone to the stereo system. Being a BMW, any damaged part will come at a premium to replace.
