The sound of the engine is beautiful, it purrs. The steering is smooth and at higher speeds stiffens to accommodate smoother driving. The horsepower is fun on such a small car.
Story
Racing a mustang GT and leaving them in my dust.
Pros
The quality of the leather is top notch. Thick and resistant to wrinkling or scratching. The thick, leather wrapped steering wheel. The low profile of the car, it handles corners effortlessly.
Cons
The back seat is pretty small and offers little leg room for those taller than 5'6" or so.

I bought my pathfinder from a friend of a friend about a year ago. It already had about 30,000 miles on it, but was in good physical condition and I was in desperate need of a new vehicle. I didn't know it at the time, but I was purchasing one of the best vehicles I had ever owned. The interior is a nice, tan leather. The seats are very comfortable, and the floor boards are extremely easy to clean. It is spacious, which, as someone who is responsible for three children, won me over almost immediately. The shape of the car is aesthetically pleasing, as well. The car had no big mechanical issues, and continues to run quite well for a vehicle that is almost 15 years old. It is fairly good on gas, and runs pretty smoothly. The only repairs that I've had to make were putting in new spark ... (more)
Story
We were able to use this vehicle in our town to drive straight up to a hiking trail
Pros
Spacious runs well
Cons

From the moment I purchased this car, I was in the love. You get the power of the bigger cars in the small package that is the 1-series. This equates to a hell of a fun ride! The styling of the car is subjective. Some people will love it, others will hate it. But this is a driver's car. If you appreciate feeling connected to the road and love the responsiveness of a tossable car, this the car is for you!
Story
The most fun I've had in this car is carving canyons. The car is confidence inspiring and begs you to push it hard through the corners. It's a very fun car in the right hands.
Pros
My favorite thing about this car has to be its performance. The entire package of the car is astounding. You get that N54 twin turbo power plant under the hood that rockets you forward. The torque is low and in a daily usable range that anyone can appreciate. The brakes work more than well. Since the car weighs so little due to its small size, this car has no problem going, stopping, and cornering well.
Cons
Some negatives about that car include maintenance and fuel economy. Like any German car, you must expect to pay a premium for maintenance. BMW is no exception. An oil change can set you back over 100 dollars easy. If you are a grease monkey, you can save a few bucks by doing the work yourself, but even then, parts are not cheap on these cars. The fuel economy isn't the best, but you don't buy a performance car for that, but it's worth mentioning.
