I really enjoy my Dodge Neon.
First, I like that my Dodge Neon because is a zippy kind of car. It moves smoothly and doesn't make strange noises. It is great on gas mileage as well. I can get about 28 miles to the gallon in the city. In the country or off the highway, it is economical as well. I have had my car for about five years and, it is dependable and reliable. I have driven to and from work everyday with very few problems. I had to have a few mechanical things fixed but not that many. It drives very easily around traffic and on the back roads too. I would like a bigger SUV in order to carry more, but I cannot afford it right now. The interior has held up really well, and the seats are comfortable and don't hold static and shock me like other cars have. I take it to my uncle who inspects it, but there is one problem I have. The instrument panel that holds the gauges sometimes quits if I go over a severe bump or pothole in the road. The contacts disengage, and it will actually re-contact if I go over another bump. Sometimes I have to wait to restart the car for the gauges to engage again, but it doesn't happen that often so I am ok with it. I have taken care of my Dodge Neon, and it has lasted me for many years even though it's a late model car. It has over 225,000 miles on it and still purrs like a kitten. It has a sporty whale tail in the back on the trunk, which I really like to look at. It is silver and looks like a new car. I'm glad I made the choice to buy this specific car.

Works
Performed well and never needed much maintenance. It's utilitarian design is pleasing to the eye and doesn't make it stand out very much, but this simple design makes it look more elegant than its competitors. I've always loved the SRT-4's, and when I was finally given the chance to get one I jumped on it fast. I love this car more than any other I've ever owned or driven before, she's incredibly smooth at high speeds, sticks to the road like you wouldn't believe, and will blow the minds of anyone foolish enough to think she's just a Neon. I have very minimal mods and the only thing that's given me any trouble was a 2013 Mustang GT that had been built quite a bit. 5.0s, S2ks, WRXs, I've never lost to them before with this mean little car. If you want something fast and practical, buy this car! Also, it is the meanest sounding four cylinder ever! Put a 3 inch side exhaust on her and she sounds evil.

Decent starter car
I bought this car used, but it had been well taken care of. I've owned it for about ten years, so it's at the end of its lifespan and it's falling apart. When I initially bought it, it ran fine, although the performance was mediocre. The Dodge Neon is a very lightweight car, so it's great on gas. Unfortunately, I live in a wintry climate, and it handles snowy and icy conditions very poorly. I prefer not to drive at all when we get snowstorms, because it slides all over the road.
