Amazingly sporty car!
The 2007 Dodge Caliber is a good car for anyone that is considering a sportier vehicle without the bumps and jars of a sporty suspension, such as in a sports car. The car, touted as a cross between a wagon and SUV, handles superbly and the steering is smooth. The controls on the dash are easy to navigate while driving, and the glove compartment even includes an air conditioned section for keeping bottled drinks cold! The stereo system includes an AUX input jack as standard equipment so that the driver can listen to music through his or her smart phone using an AUX input cable. The stereo sound is of good quality, and doesn't sound harsh or have static. The only things that could be improved are the cheap-feeling plastic interior, the sparse lighting, and the not-so-intuitive placing of door locks. Overall this is a great car!

It works well for a 4 cylinder
When I first purchased my vehicle I liked the body shape because it is similar to a Ford Flex. It only had 500 miles on it and that appealed to me at the time. The color being silver is easy to keep up and does not have to be washed all the time. I did not like the cloth seats, they are harder to keep clean than leather. The all metal rims are nice and easier to maintain than hub caps. I like that it only takes 12 gallons to fill it up and that saves on my gas bill with growing gas prices. The black interior looks great, but it gets extremely hot in the summer time. I have not really had any major issues since I purchased the car, until I hit 50000 miles. You can get almost 300 miles to a full tank of gas which is great for long road trips. The radio is stock and sounds pretty good. There is not a USB port to plug in to so you always have to have a car charger. The back seats lay down and it is a hatch back so you can haul more that you would be able to in a traditional car.

Solid construction, great car to run errands, easy to maneuver in small spaces. Compact.
I love this little car. I used to drive a big old van, I think if I remember it was a Ford Aerostar. Huge monster of a vehicle, so coming to a dodge caliber, it felt tighter in turns, and much more easier to get in and out of tight parking spaces. I love the durability, as it was easy to take care of, and the dodge caliber took care of me by never breaking down on the road. It's not modified or anything, strictly stock. Nothing was upgraded, and yet everything performs flawlessly. I only replaced the batter once, and just maintained it with regular oil changes that were scheduled religiously. Oh, I remember now, a few months ago, had to change the air conditioning compressor. Other than that, nothing. Maybe a new set of tires later this year. Gas mileage is alright. Nothing to complain about, I would gas about every two weeks or so. As I don't really go out that much.
