Decent car
The Saturn L300 is a decent car. I bought it used a couple years ago for pretty cheap. Considering the money I spent it's done a pretty good job. The dashboard has started to rattle sometimes. I've had to take it in for repairs and tune-ups a handful of times. It's spacious compared to my previous car, but that isn't difficult. The gas consumption is not awful.

It was great when I bought it.
It was great when I bought it. A lot of features. Great gas mileage, handling, etc. As it's aged, it's aged poorly, despite upkeep, and regular maintenance. But, It's the go-to family vehicle. Somehow we seem to get everything in it, and go where we need to go! Going to run it in the ground, before we replace this baby.

Affordable and reliable
I bought this car on the cheap. It isn't particularly pretty, but in the sixty-thousand miles that I have put on it, it hasn't given me even one problem that was outside of normal maintenance. In this time period, outside of regular oil changes and replacing some brake pads, I haven't had to do any other maintenance nor replace any parts on the vehicle. There seems to be a manufacturing error with the key for this vehicle, as I have broken two of them inside the ignition. They always break in the same spot, so I assume it is either a manufacturing or an engineering failure. In total, if you want a cheap and reliable car, that isn't too ugly, this one will do the trick. Just give it the care it needs and it will take care of you for years to come.
